good location, clean but very small rooms

Overall experience is ok, my only complain is that the room is small considering i booked the executive room, which does not fit the size of 25 square meter as stated on room info. Room size is the same as the deluxe as i compared it with my friend's room. I should have booked the cheaper deluxe, only difference is the nespresso machine.

this is a good hotel for a tourist with good location and very clean room,except the room is so small.
the hotel is aroud the subway called tian hou, 2 minites walk to the station. and in front of the hotel, there is a tram station which is very convinent to go to causeway bay, wan chai,admiralty and central.

Room was smaller than expected. Excluding the bathroom, room is about the size of a queen bed plus just about enough space for a person walk around it. Other than that, room was clean furnishing looks new. Room service was ok and hotel staff were friendly. Overall satisfied.

The hotel is strategically located at Tin Hau (one MTR stop away) where there's 24/7 fast food and restaurant within a few minutes walk. It is also less than 3 minutes walk away from the nearest MTR station.
As compared to other areas in HK, it can be rather quiet at night, however some Cha chan ting are still open for supper.
Rooms are relatively small, however, are modern with clean linens.
Would definitely choose to stay in this hotel again for my next visit to HK.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is no need to bring your own hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel/foam (if you're only intending to stay for 3-4 days) because the hotel provides it

The rooms are a bit small but manageable for 2 people. There were probably a lot of comments regarding the room size as we were immediately offered an upgrade to a deluxe room upon check in (for a fee, which we didn't take). I do agree with the reviewer below regarding the hotel's reception area.. No room to sit down for someone who is meeting you. Two computers (standing room) are there, the reception desk, a bench and that's it. It is more of a minimalist boutique/business hotel. I don't think it falls into the budget hotel category as there are a lot of cheaper alternatives with more space in hong kong. With that said, I have to commend the hotel staff as they are very nice and helpful. The rooms are well maintained, clean and new.
The hotel is not exactly in causeway bay, but is rather located in the tin hau area. It is not bad, as transportation is so convenient. The eastbound bus stop is right around the corner. MTR and tram stop are 3 minutes away. Taking the airport bus is also easy as the A11 and E11 stops are very, very close by. The dragon restaurant is also right beside the hotel and a mcdonalds a couple of steps away. You won't get hungry in this area that's for sure.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room since the hotel was overbooked but in a smoking floor. But overall, the room is very nice but a bit expensive for a boutique hotel. But I would gladly come back to this hotel in my next visit to HK. Very near Tin Hau MTR station, tram and bus terminus.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Take E11 bus going to hotel from airport and v.v. bec it is cheaper by half. Fast WI-FI connection.
