Great location but small room with useless staff
Loud, small, lifts don't work, staff couldn't advise on anything!
4
I'm not sure what I can say apart from I won't be staying at this hotel again! I put the "Do not disturb" sign on my door and of course the cleaners broke my door down despite it was locked and did disturb. Staff said I had a quiet room despite I could hear my neighbours using their toilet. Staff also couldn't help me with any of the tourist destinations so if you stay here you're on your own. Staff smoke at the reception desk yet when I asked if I could they said no. I only wanted to as I had to sit in their lobby to use the wireless broadband as the signal couldn't reach my room.
Rooms were so small! I couldn't sit on the toilet as couldn't fit albeit they are decently decorated if that matters to you.
I think it's far too expensive for what it is, I would of rather of paid less and stayed in a hostel. I asked for a discount or an upgrade and I got laughed at. So if you get a really good price for this hotel then the location is great and you could put up with all the stuff I mentioned above, but if you don't get a good price then stay away!!

Good Location, Center of Town, Small Room
Location, Subways Nearby, Access to Everything
7
Nice hotel, small, very small, but its HK, and in the center of town so its a tradeoff, subway is right outside, McDonalds around the corner, perfect location just small rooms, shower was tiny, could barely stand with the shower, sink, and toilet all crammed into a tiny space.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Avoid the Green massage place accross the street, should be a lady standing at the corner handing out flyers, wasnt worth the cheap price.

Small hotel w/ poor service & hostile receptionist
Strategically located at TST center
4
I don't like the Chinese man receptionist; very hostile & not plesant to talk with. He seems to be the owner but I don't care; he doesn't know how to deal with clients. He is not polite, he even raised his voice to me. He asked HK$200 extra pay for my 3 y/o baby; should be free! He even said will upgrade the bed to queen/king size but turn-out just twin bed - LIAR!

hotel in a very accessible location
proximity to mass transportation system, shopping areas & tourist destination
7.7
my room is perfect for an asian solo traveller...small but tidy. the hotel's location is very accesible to tsim sha tsui tourist destinations, shopping areas, fast mfood restos like mcdo, kfc, burger king & cafe de coral. however, one night, i was knocked by some people from HADLA(an HK govt. housing unit) telling me dt d hotel has no HADLA license yet.

Great location near to train station...
6
The room is extremely small especially the shower cum toilet room... Due to the contrain space, there isn't much room and proper place to hold the luggages. The areas for improvement are on the WiFi coverage and the water heater that unable to last to finish the showing. However, the room is considerably clean...

Great location but small rooms

The room was tiny but this was expected as it is hong kong. The toilet was so small that there was hardly any space for one to shower. Other than that, it is located right smack in the tsim sha tsui area which makes it very convenient for eager shoppers.

Great location but small rooms
Clean, located in the heart of tsim sha tsui

The room was small but this was expected as it is hong kong. As most of the reviews have mentioned, the toilet was too small for comfort - there was hardly any space for a shower. Furthermore, the flush of the toilet bowl was not strong enough to clear the toilet paper that was thrown into it.
