the place has a very good location and is very near mtr stations. the hotel is very clean and very secure going into the building. however the lounge was made a smoking area so you can smell the smoke when the elevator doors open, which is also not good for kids. also, we had a hard time operating the heater as the excess heated water comes out onto the floor tiles. the exhaust fan is being covered by the roll curtain so it does not really do its function. there is not much tv channel choice as all the shows are in chinese. the room and beds are generally ok. rooms are very well kept by the staff. - if you plan to stay shopping or sightseeing the whole day and stay on the hotel just to sleep or rest, this is a good hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
always have an exact change when riding the bus as the drivers and passengers are quite impatient.

Great location, cross one street you will find MRT stattion (Tsim Sha Tsui). Opposite Kwoloon Park. 15 minutes walk to Harbour shopping mall. Hotel room was small, different from the picture shown in Agoda website. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great location, one cross street you will find MRT station (Tsim Sha Tsui). Opposite is Kwoloon Park and 15 minutes walk to Harbour shopping mall. Room are very small, different from picture shown in Agoda website. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Many restaurant nearby, no worry of dining.

Small but decent hotel. Location is very good, strategic, near the ferry terminal, walking distance to subway and in the middle of busy Kowloon area. Restaurants and shopping malls and shops are abundance. Price is cheap but the room is very small. My friend's room don't have inside bathroom.

Great location which near the MTR station and good for muslim traveller like me coz near the Mosque and halal food stall. Nearby with Avenue of Star just by walking. Just nice for traveller which spend most of time outside.

Small hotel but clean and convenient. Bit noisy can hear outside road traffic. Some rooms don't have inside bathroom so have to go to Public bathroom inside the hotel. Subway just outside the hotel
