Great Location with small room

Honestly, apart from the price and the location, there is nothing really fantastic about the hotel. There is no place to even hang your clothes and the bathroom is the smallest that I have ever been to. The aircon is manually controlled, and you have got to wait 15mins for the water heather to work. I reckon this is how most people in Hong Kong live. Interesting thou.

The receptionist was accommodating but the hotel manager was very rude. The rooms and bathrooms were very compact, you could hardly move when the luggage was pulled out from under the bed. There was no storage provided. However, staff kept this rooms clean thru out our stay.

A good low budget hotel in the center of Kowloon.
The hotel was clean and better than the other low budget hotels in the area.

The stay was pleasant.Providing a "Living Room" area where guests could meet and even eat meals was good.
Rooms: The 1st room (220)assigned to us had the toilet facing the room door in the middle of two beds with hardly any space to move when changing.We requested to be transferred and the double bed mattress in RM 102 was hard and caused me pain on my hip bone when sleeping on my side.The interiors was 1st class.
Personnel:Staff was courteous and accomodating, however some staff needs improvement on customer relationship. I observed that on at least two occasions he approached and demanded payment immediately from guests in a tone that would be irritating and embarassing to the client since it was done in front of other people.This could have been done in a more private and cordial but firm manner.
The other staff were polite and helpful.
Suggestion:You need to place a signage outside on the street to help 1st time clients find the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Check out the shops in Grandville St. for reasonable prices. The malls like Harbor City have mostly branded and expensive goods.

Location is great .... but no, will nor return

My plan was to stay one night. check-in about 7-8PM and check-out at 7AM the next day.
I asked to see the room when I arrived and it was impossible, the door opened an inch from the bed, not even a floor space to put a bag! I said No give me another room, they called (over the phone) the boss and the boss demanded another , I paid for upgraded room originally and it wasn't right. I was tired, I offer and he agreed.
The next room was still very small but at least I can put my bag on the floor.
This hotel wasn't designed by an architect or engineer. To be able to go to the bathroom you had to bent your body against the wall since the bathroom door opened to the wrong side, in addition you needed to step on platform from the floor, I assume it was the sewer line from the raised bathroom. It is like someone build this hotel with only one plan in mind, how to utilized every square inch to maximized return on investment without regard to human staying in the space. The hotel is pretty new, clean towels. The bed is hard, Chinese style bed. I travel a lot all over the far east, in my entire career it never happened that hotel employee opened my hotel room at 4:30 AM trying to enter my room, well it happened in this hotel. When I asked about it in the morning they said, sorry, they forgot to write in the book that this room was taken.
The AC is blocked by some kind of curtain (fabric) so all night the air from the AC is blowing in your face since the curtain “hole” (opening) is not well position by the AC vent.
Another point. They have in the middle of the floor, in-door, smoking area by the reception area, this is the most disgusting place to pass by if you stay in one of the rooms around, just going by this area with few people smoking there make you want to run away and never come back.
The bathroom ... the shower over the toilet and the paper and you have to clear your own toilet bag, what a mess. Well, I don't think I am coming back to this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Take the AirPort bus on Nathan Rd. and save lots of money, 3 minute walk from the hotel.

my friends recommended me this hotel because of their great location (near to tsim sha tsui mtr station) and easy access to restaurants & shopping malls nearby (walking distance to silvercord and gateway, habour city). i booked a family room for 4 person at an affordable price, the hotel room is clean and comfortable. the first day looking for this hotel is quite a challenge as there is no sign board and we tend to overlook the entrance at the building. it is much easier to locate the hotel once you know the landmarks. from tsim sha tsui mtr station (take the exit a2 to humphreys avenue), you will notice citibank on your right, then luk fook jewelry and hotel california entrance which facing the main road.
overall comments, strategic location, nice stay, clean rooms and affordable price.
