"Convenient location and friendly staff"

Overall stay was good with reasonable price at the prime location.. Besides the room, bed and toilet are small no other comments for this hotel. So those with a lot of luggage and in family is too packed to stay in the small room eventhough it's triplet room..

overall the stay was lovely as the location was in the heart of tsim tsa tsui shopping area. the mrt station exit is just next to the hotel. hotel staff are helpful. besides the rooms are small others are perfect.

The room I stayed in the California hotel was small and felt like a closet since it did not have any windows. They claimed to have wifi access but I had to change rooms twice to have a room that had a little bit of signal.
It was relatively cheap but I think there may have been better options had a searched a bit more.

I was happy here and if I have to go back again, this hotel will be the first choice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can walk around the street and easy to go shopping. It's near MTR and near by China Ferry to go Macao!

Smallest hotel room I've ever seen

A little bit tricky to find if you don't know the area, but once in, it's a well run, spotlessly clean, secure, and quiet place to stay. Even by the standards of this part of HK and its guest houses, the room was incredibly small and bathroom wouldn't be any good to a larger person, but if you can deal with that, it's an ok place in a good location.

If this is your first time to Hong Kong, you will takes time tto locate the hotel. It is located inside a building, so you need to take a lift to the allocated floor.
The room is small, the space inside the room is fully utilized !

the hotel is situated in a prime location (tsim sha tsui) and stop counting the pros. only stay here if you are really budget conscious and still want to stay in this area. the rooms are very small (even for hk standards), people smoke (even the front desk guys), the windows do not block the light into the room, the room is that small that air con almost cannot fit into it, etc, etc.

Great location but tiny rooms

stayed in california hotel for 5d4n. superb location near mtr walking distance to all the famous streets and shopping malls. however, room is super tiny! and there is a smell in the room. will recommend this hotel only if you are fine with tiny rooms.
