Decent and clean place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just 3 minutes walk away from the Yau Ma Tei MTR Station.
A little old. But other than that nothing to complain about.
One thing I have to compliment about the staffs is their willingness to help. We even kept our luggages with the hotel for 2 days since we didn't want to bring too many luggages to Shenzhen. This hotel actually belongs to a church group. So they are pretty strict on who you bring to the hotel after 10pm.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The famous Temple Street is just across Nathan Road. Lots of food stall and a vibrant night market.

Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the MTR Yau Ma Tai station and situated inside a small street so you don't hear the ruckus of the main road (Nathan Rd). 7/11 close by for access to snacks, sim cards, and beer. We were very pleased with the size of the room as it was larger than your typical HK hotels. Room rate included buffet breakfast that was satisfactory. Room service was good. There was a fridge in the room with drinks available for a charge. Tooth brushes, bar soap, and comb were provided in the bathroom. Bathroom had a tub and shower just like at home so it wasn't just a 'wet room' like other places. Security personnel on site 24 hours and surveillance cameras provided a sense of security. Got an excellent rate through Agoda.com and highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit HK.

good location. mrt stations and A21 bus(go to the airport)stations are within 2 blocks. the staffs are friendly.
breakfast is very basic and the hotel is old. but I guess the price does reflect that.
If a place to sleep is all you need. this hotel can do just that. it is old but clean and the staff are friendly. The most valuable about this hotel is location, location and location.
Hotel Feature Tip : wifi is available.

Great location. Nice front desk staff. Very nice cleaning ladies. Nice breakfast buffet.
Room and bathroom was very old.
The hotel is an excellent location. It is very close to the metro station and right off Nathan Street (shopping!). The hotel room and bathroom were a bit on the old and dilapidated side, but very clean, nonetheless. The only strange feature about this hotel was that wi-fi only existed on the floors 13-15...

Clean rooms, breakfast, helpful staff.
One front desk clerk was irritated when I have asked too many questions. Next time we will choose a room with 1 big bed so we can sleep in 1 bed.
I liked Caritas Bianchi mainly because of its location. I also was very satisfied with the room condition and the food at breakfast. Our stay was very pleasant. The staff is amazing because they speak fluent English.
Restaurant Tip : Across the street (Nathan Rd.) there's a Chinese restaurant who makes the best yang chow fried rice and chilied pork I have ever tasted. My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to end our HK trip and it started to rain. So we decided to dine in a place near Bianchi. Then we saw this resto with a menu outside and we checked it out and ordered. It was a welcome surprise that the service was quick and the food was great! I love Chinese food, even the simplest dish.

Centrally located with walking distance to Ladies' market.
One can't believe to still see the window type Airconditioning in the bedroom - must have been there for almost nearly 20 years ago. Rooms are worn out and looking very tired! But well...it is okay to sleep for one night and to shop at Ladies market - but not more. Breakfast was a disaster - even sausages & ham & coffee were well below the par. Could only have bread and butter and cheap canned juice! If you are not sensitive, dont mind the bed and the look of air-conditioner and the look of rooms, it is all right just to stay for a short while but question whether to return or not. 3200+ Baht room hotel in Thailand is really worth much more than this tiny little old room in Hong Kong.

No special features that I loved
I found the hotel to be simple and basic. It had what was required for the night and the breakfast in the morning was reasonable, but not grand.
The location was fine for walking around and shopping.
