the hotel is within walking distance from the yau ma tei metro station, but it is a bit hard to find the hotel for the first time.
the front desk service is good. the room is spacious and nice, it has a large flat screen tv, a comfy sofa, and a fridge. it is also not noisy at night. the room shower has three different modes to choose from. the unique six holes front spray shower head is interesting. the toiletries that are provided are sufficient for traveler's needs. the hotel breakfast is just mediocre though.

Great location with Newly renovated rooms

The hotel is about less than a 5 minute walk to the MTR station Yau Mei Ti. It takes about the same time to walk to Temple Street. There is a 7 eleven nearby and a mini mart just down Cliff Rd.
The rooms on the other hand were bigger then i had previously imagined. Mid tier hotels in hongkong tend to be a little small but this hotel was more then comfortable for us both. The toliet was a little small but adequate. The staff at the reception was friendly and nice. It comes with a complementary breakfast which was acceptable.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Rooms did not come with WIFI when i was there so bring a Netbook or laptop as they have lan cables in every room.

this hotel is definitely value for money. good location, with 5-10 min walk to subway.. one more plus point is the room is very spacious as this is very rare in hongkong.. counter staff is friendly. i will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Just opposite MRT station. Hotel is located at crowded area but hotel is still quite, clean.

My family is 95% happy with this hotel. Room rate is reasonable. Staff is so nice and helpful. I will be back here for next business and famil trip.
The hotel can design some activities for kids or guests are perfect
Travel tip:
There's Vietnames restaurent is very good and very near hotel. Just walk down Nathan road few hundred meters at the same side. THe owner is Chinese Vietnamese but went to hongkong more than 40 years. Foods and prices are nice

Lovely hotel with newly renovated rooms

This is the first time I am staying in this hotel. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and I understand that the renovations will end in Feb 2011. The room we were staying in was on the top floor (17th floor) which has been newly renovated. The room is big for HK standards and the price is decent. The beds are very comfortable and fluffy, making it difficult to wake up every morning! I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I've stayed at Caritas several times before. Hotel under rennovation now, so slight inconvenience. The new rooms seem to be smaller, though with a modern makeover. Nevertheless, the best value for money stay in my opinion.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Do not overlook the hotel buffet breakfast. Though nothing to shout about, it's suitable as a brunch to tide you to late afternoon where you can then go for cheaper dim sum in the city.
