Near to Yau Ma Tei MTR and shopping area such as Temple street, Ladies Street etc.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Cheap and reasonable living condition.
No hot water kettle.
Small room after adding additional bed.
Need to improve the breakfast as it have limited dishes. The hotel is easy to find and only 5 mins' walk from Yau Ma Tei Station. Took 25 mins from Hong Kong Airport. The staffs are efficient, friendly and helpful. The room is so small after adding a third bed but the bathroom is quite big and clean. The air-conditioning is old-fashioned and do not have a remote controller. What satisfied my family most is the convenient access to the shopping center and MTR. I'd like to say it's a good choice for solo travelers. The location was very convenient, just 5 mins by walk to the MTR. Easily to find food and drink as 7-11 is very close to the hotel. The staffs are pretty nice and provide us a great service while staying there.

Rooms come with buffet breakfast. Lot to chose from. Very convenience locations. Very good security. A great value for the money. First time we stay at the hotel and would stay there again. Off to Nathan Road on a quiet street. Very good security and friendly. Front desk staffs are very helpful with direction and knowledge of Hong Kong. MTR is very close by. Restaurants and shopping center are in walking distance.

Awesome location... only 2 minutes walk to the MRT. Rooms are tidy, clean, reasonable size, good service. the breakfast was not the best thing to look forward to...if they could just upgrade it a little it would make this place a real go for its value. Excellent service. If you want a transformer to charge your phone you can get it a the front desk as well as a hair dryer and even bandages as the walking bruised my fiancee foot. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you would like to go to Shenzen by the MRT you have to get off the Lowu Station by using the old KCR rail. However if travelling by the MRT tourist 3 day unlimited travel pass, you have to get off 1 station before Lowu and pay to Lowu. This is also applicable for the way back. This card can also be used to Disneyland and has 2 free rides to and from the airport. The cost is $HK 300 at the airport but if you travel to HK by Cathay Pacific you can purchase it for $HK 290 on the place.

a warm and hospitable staff both at the reception and cashier area. the TV cable easily unplugged on the 1st day.wrote in English to have it fixed but nothing was done,cleaner lady might not understand English. The Caritas Bianchi Hotel in Cliff road was nicely situated near the main road(Jordan road).which made it convenient for hotel guests to take the A21 bus to and fro the airport. hotel also got some nice and friendly reception personnel which makes you feel at home and very comfortable.rooms are clean and well maintained.Breakfast was also good.the friendliness and hospitality extends even when you have checked-out and baggage was allowed to be stored in order for you to go for your last minute shopping.overall the experience is a nice one.I will recommend it to my friends.
Shopping Tip : the staff was nice to point to you where the best store located.

the location is very well for shopping and visiting. the breakfast can be varied. The HK experience is very pleasure for me, and the hotel is very convenient for most people; and we can spend lower cost in hotel selection; the hotel condition is very clean and well staff performance.

peaceful location, 24/7 availability of staff, hospitable staff.
the room was nice. comfy beds, had a really goodnight sleep. bathroom's clean and they house keep every day and change the towels. the lodge is old but well-kept. their bed is as comfy as ever, we had a goodnight sleep. and the great thing about the place is the peaceful location that we weren't scared in staying out late and the place is near 7-11 store that we still can buy foods for our midnight snacks.
Shopping Tip : It's one station away from mongkok where the ladies night market is located and the Cotton On boutique is there! love that shop.

Near to MTR. Rooms are small but clean. Gd Security. Old facility. With renovation would make the hotel nicer. Can't sleep well at night due to the air-con. Location is good. Walking distance to shopping district, ladies Night Market, jade market, temple market and MTR. Convenience store (7-11) is just nearby the hotel. Good for travellers who simply want to get a place to sleep or rest.

This a hotel that is value for money. It has the basic necessity for a budget traveler who wants to have a good room to stay in. The room is almost equivalent to a 4 star hotel, however there are not much facilities in the hotel itself. The restaurant is quite run down. However, it is good enough considering the price.

Has free internet in room. 100 meters from Nathan Road, with 7 eleven on the corner. Walking distance 10 min to Temple St. markets.
Could do with a modern refurbishing. For a 3 star it is quite good, with free internet and in a busy area just off Nathan Road. Could not complain for the star rating and price paid. Staff were very friendly.
Hotel Feature Tip : Free Internet - just plug in and you're away. No messing around with buying cards by the hour or week.

Breakfast menu can be more various Hotel's location is great, only 3 minutes walk to the subway station. Though located in city center and near Nathan Road, it's surprisingly quiet and comfortable. There is a garden on the back side of the hotel, so you can enjoy green views and tranquil atmosphere. Room is really large for the price you paid. Because HK hotel rooms are usually tiny teeny. Overall, this hotel is good value.

I like the location of the hotel. There is privacy in the room and the room is okay. The air conditioning is fine. I like the security they gave in the hotel. They have safety deposit boxes where we can store our valuables.
They had a water shortage problem two nights that weekend and it was really inconvenient even if they notified the guests by posting a notice. Water is very important and it was inconvenient for us guests to have to adjust to the hotel's inadequacy in that area. The hotel is okay. We love the location because it is near Nathan road and the MTR station. It is also near shops and restaurants. The security was fine and i like that they have video cameras in specific areas of the hotel. The hotel staff were okay, one hotel staff can speak English so I think that is a plus because it's hard to communicate when the hotel concierge doesn't know how to speak English. The only thing that we did not like is that we did get a standard room with twin beds considering we are a couple and specified that we want only a one-bed standard room. The restaurant staffs were courteous, and the foods they serve were okay. I think it just needs more variety in the food they serve. When we were a the hotel, they had a problem with water supply and it was hard for us since we are tourists and we arrive the hotel late at night and water is not available by 11 pm two nights that weekend. It’s hard to have water supply problem because it was inconvenient for us and surely, with other hotel guests too. When we checked out of the hotel, it was a fast service.
Restaurant Tip : There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel so be sure to pick a good restaurant, one that offers quality meal at an affordable price. We had dinner in one of the Chinese restaurant during our first night and it was really good and affordable. We enjoyed that dinner. But there was also one night when we ate at a Chinese restaurant just across the 1st restaurant we ate and the food does not taste right and it looks mediocre service. The 7-11 is near the hotel too so you can easily get snacks if they are hungry.

Convenient location. The floor and carpet are clean which means good housekeeping. From HK Airport, we just took Citybus A21 and it would stopped about 5 minutes walk to the hotel. The location is good as one can get food, night market and subway stations at walking distance. The room is a little bit old, which is not a surprise to us, but it is clean. The floor, carpet or even under the chair/table is clean.

This is one of good holtel which located neary by MRT-Yau Ma Tei station exisit C & D and also located nearby Temple Street Market, one of the night market place in Hong Kong. The room is quite small and having poor air-conditioning but it is clear and it is okay in term of price. I love this holte because they provided Free breakfast, though quality of food is not good but it is okay for me.

Staff friendliness, meals, quiet. Shower very hard to adjust. Staff were very helpful on arrival, and during my entire stay. With the rooms at the back of the hotel it was very quiet at night, as it was away from the main road. I found the meals were very good and very well priced. The consistency of the shower water could be improved.

Near the MTR and quiet environment. The decoration is a bit old and the air-conditioning as well. The hotel is easy to find and only 5 mins' walk from Yau Ma Tei Station. The staff are efficient. Well, the room is not so small as expected especially the bathroom is quite big and clean. But the air-conditioning is old-fashioned and do not have a remote controller. What satisfied me most is the convenient access to the shopping centre and MTR. I'd like to say it's a good choice for solo travelers.
