Good location, spacious for this kind of budget. Kind of stuffy smell when first enter. After a while with a open window the smell no longer there. Value for money for a nice place to stay even is a bit old. Never the less 7-Eleven just a few steps away and the subway, eatery, buses, night market all in walking distance. Room window facing a hill so you will get a peaceful night sleep. Will be nice if in room come with water kettle(they provide a flask so you need room service to get you some hot water).

big room, good buffet breakfast, nice staff me and my husband stay at the caritas bianchi lodge hotel for four days and three nights. it is a big room for its worth. they have a nice staff that will assists you. it is near to the taxi stand, bus stops, mtr exit, and convenient stores. you can even walk from the hotel to the night markets in mongkok. PLUS they have very good buffet breakfast.. YUMMY!!!
Travel tip : use octopus card... do not worry you can refund the remaining balance after using it.. =)

Location - less than 50 meters from Nathan Road in Yau Ma Tei. Beds were extremely hard and the curtains did not close very well, which meant that the room would get very bright in the morning and this is not condusive to sleeping in. The hotel looks very modern and up beat when you walk into the lobby, but the rooms are a little old. The wall paper looked really old and the curtains had some holes and did not close properly, which meant that the sun would brighten up the room very early th enext day.
The bed was very hard for my liking, but one can get used to this, afterall, this is a hotel and one really only wants a place to rest in the evening when in Hong Kong.
The staff were friendly and professional.
Travel tip : The hotel is in such a central location that one can save on transfer costs from the airport. Catch the A21 bus at the airport, ask the bus driver to let you know which stop is nearest to the Yau Ma Tei Salvation army. When you get off the bus, walk towards the 7-11 and the hotel is on the left in Cliff road, about 20 meters. you can save up to HK$100 per person as the bus ride is only HK$30.

Conveniently located, just off Nathan Rd.--
busses to Star Ferry are just around the corner, and the Yau Ma Tei MTR station is 2 min. walk away. Rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast has enough variety for all. Rooms are small (like most budget hotels in Hong Kong); lack of convenient electrical wall plugs;
no cable TV (only local stations). I've stayed at Caritas Bianchi Lodge several times, and this time was also a great stay. The room, though small, was clean. Beds and pillows were quite comfortable. When we couldn't locate an electrical wall outlet, housekeeping sent a maid with an extension cord and adapter for our needs. She also brought a hair dryer, which we were allowed to keep for the length of our stay. The buffet breakfast included both Western and Asian foods, along with lovely fresh fruit. The foods differed each of the three mornings we were there. The hotel is conveniently located, just off Nathan Road, with busses and the MTR subway nearby. I will choose Caritas Bianchi again and again.
Restaurant Tip : Check out the Vietnamese restaurant just around the corner on Nathan Road. We ate an evening meal there, and the food was excellent, very reasonably priced, and plentiful.

The location of the hotel is just right. Quiet and away from the busy streets. Some toilet flush has insufficient water. My family enjoyed the stay. The air-con and warmer are well-maintained. We loved the quietness of the hotel and the convenient location to restaurants and shops.

Easy access to MTR, shopping area, food n restaurant. Buffet breakfast are tasty even though there aren't many menu served. Staffs are nice n friendly. All of them are energetic n willing to help (both receptionist and waiter) Old.. The beds are too small for 180cm guys. The hotel exterior looks just like an old haunted hospital. But the interior is not that bad. Staffs are nice, friendly and very helpful. The location is so right!! It's only few steps to the MTR station, shopping area, 7-11, and restaurants. Buffet breakfast are satisfied, not the variety but the taste. However, the bed and the bathtub are too small for my 180cm++ boyfriend.

2. Better paintwork on walls In terms of the price, I would say that it is reasonable. The best thing about this hotel is its location - the close proximity to shopping areas. It is within walking distance and as such, very ideal for "shopperholics". Also, it provides airport shuttle for a small reasonable charge. I would rate this hotel as "will come back again".

Near MTR exit C. Price includes buffet breakfast. Staff speak English well and is very helpful. Luggage deposit is free. Fresh and green view behind the hotel and you can see it though your windows. Small&old room and assessories (but clean). Smell air-conditioner, but in winter like this, no need to open it. Windows can't be opened. Very near to MTR, just cross the road and walk ~150m. Opposite the famous temple and Temple street. Near Mongkok and Tsim Tsa Tsui (Nathan road, Ladies' Market) shopping arcade. Room rate includes BF which is quite the same almost everyday, but convenient to start traveling early.
Travel tip : Suggest you try a small and delicious resterant with crowded guests waiting all the time in front of the hotel on the left.

Room Standard and Cleanness, Housekeeping I found this hotel through internet and booked my five night stay through Agoda.
The hotel is located in Kawloon area in excellent locaton close to Metro station.
The cost was high compared to room standard i was provided with, the extra bed for our childeren was broken and noisy !
The staff were freindly and food was nice.
Unfortunatly thier housekeeping is the worst service I ever experienced in my life, though I have called several times to their room service to rectify the issues I faced with.
I'm not complaining person in nature but their housekeeping service forced me to change my nature with this hotel.
Often their housekeeping staff forget to provide extra soap bar every day and in one cases they forget to clean the trash bin after attending the room service.
They never changed my bed mattress during my stay ! JUST RE-ARRANGING the mattress !!!!
Definatly I will never book this hotel again in Hongkok. NEVER AGAIN.

Free breakfast not so much choices We stayed 2 nights here during the Opening of the East Asian Games 2009. Airport Bus is just across the street so very convenient. Also MTR just 5minute walk. Good hotel but slightly dated. Needs renovation. Lifts can be congested during peak hours.
Reception NOT so friendly. What can you expect? This is Hong Kong.

Staff is friendly with reasonable room rate. The complimentary breakfeast serves some "real food". The location is close to many shopping and eating establishments. Free room internet access is a major plus. The decor is a bit dated but clean.
