Tidy and clean hotel
A Small Hotel at the South Side of Hong Kong Island

in terms of conventience, it is fine with me as i used to drive and it has a carpark nearby at reasonable parking fee, but for public transport to causeway bay or other part hk, it is a bit inconvenitent, and there is not many good places to visit and dine. however, the room is very tidy and clean, all fittings are in good working function. a/c is cold enough. the restaurant at 1/f is fine with reasonable price too.

Cheap hotel with nice rooms in Aberdeen.

The location is nice if you dont mind taking taxi or bus to downtown/MTR.
Its just a short walk to the ferry to Lamma Island, its worth a trip! Bus to downtown stops just two blocks away. There is a quit a few small local restaurants in the area and a grocery store on the other side of the street.
Breakfast buffet is just average. Nothing special, just typical hotel food.
Internet is not included, its expensive, just like most hotels in HK.
Compared to the hotel we stayed at in North Point, this is much cheaper and the rooms in Charitas is twice the size, but then again you are a little bit out of the city center. For us it was no problem at all.
There is a shuttle service aswell, we thought it was to the airport, but its is only to the train station. If you are not in a rush you can just jump on the local bus two blocks away that goes directly to the airport. It is about 40 HK$ and takes about 1 hour. For two people the airport express is 170 HK$ from Central. Keep that in mind..
This is a hotel where you get a lot for the money you pay!

Clean nice rooms in Aberdeen.

First stay only one night. Really big and nice rooms. Cheap! We visited friends just down the road, so the location in Aberdeen was perfect. Taxi to central/causeway bay about 80 HK$. Bus to same destinations two blocks down. Breakfast buffet average.

The stay was an excellent value: nice hotel, very clean, big rooms, TV. A breakfast buffet and was good and filled up for a day of sightseeing. The location is not perfect (not next to a MTR station), but the next MTR is easily accessible by bus in 20 min and there's a airport bus that passes by. In addtion, free airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Wifi only with cable connection in the room.

we were late at our arrival (21-ish) but the room was waiting. room was clean, there was only a little smell of cigarettes, breakfast was excellent (but they ran out of fries every morning), staff was very helpful. mcdonald's and 7/11 are 20m away. our room was in 15th floor so everything was really quiet.
also by bus it took as 15-20 minutes to get to central hk.

lovely decoration of room, room space is unexpectedly spacious as property in hong kong is well known to be sky high.enjoyable stay especially after tiring sight seeing of the day.the weighing scale in the toilet is very helpful after we shopped like crazy in hong kong
