Lovely and great location but not friendly servic

The room is cosy for a person stay.
Better if provided a bottle of drinking water daily.
Unfortunately, the housekeeper was keeping his/her service trolley outside my room (aside, both left and right) day and night.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very convenient to walk to the nearest MRT station, a minute walk to Temple Street for night shopping and many eating places surrounded.

Great location but small rooms

It is located near by mtr station, shuttle bus to hk airport, temple market and ladies market by walking distance. although the standard room is small but the space should be enough for 2 person fit into. the hotel surrounding with shops, restaurants, it is convenience to eat and shopping. the staff in hotel is friendly with smiling face. by walking distance, can reach mong kok and jordan area.

nice location, few step walking to mtr station - yau ma tei. lot of local food can easy found nearby hotel.
temple street is just walking distance.

when i go in the room , the room is really small and the bathroom is smaller then the malaysia genting 1st world hotel.
but the location is really great!!
the You Ma di MRT just next few shop beside the hotel so you can go any where buy mrt!and the Miao Jie is also behind the hotel .

Tiny rooms with bad oder and nothing works

This hotel should be removed from the hotels you offer in Hong Kong. They like to bait and switch with a larger room upgrade for more money. Shower and toilet did not work properly. The Shower did not even have a shower head!! It is the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

it's excellent location within the heart of Hk, walking distance to almost everything, great staffs (altho the front desk gals are showing no smiles and bad attitudes, the rest are good ~!)
the room is small (expected), but enuff for us with 2 luggages, more than that, you will have to pack your things on da bed.
the washroom is real small, but it's expected for HK hotels, good cleaning services provided daily.

Great location but small shower room/toilet

Great location, just steps away from Yau Ma Tei MTR station entrance. Reception is located at 1st Floor instead of Ground Floor, not inconvenient if carry big luggage bag as need to walk up stairs at G Floor to reach the lift. However, fast check-in process with friendly staff.
Room size is compatible with the price we paid, can't comment much. Shower room cum toilet is too small/compact - the shower head is in between the basin & toilet bowl. Each time after shower, the whole toilet will be wet. Challenging for guest with big body size. There's free WiFi in room, water kettle & hard dryer is provided. Advised to buy bottled water to boil if need hot water instead of using tap water. The sound proof is bad - disturbance from rooms next door and traffic(bus engine sound) since the hotel is facing Nathan Road.
Plenty of restaurants & convenience stores nearby, including the famous steamed milk shop(Yee Shun). Airport shuttle bus station is also steps away - good for budget traveller.
The reception staff has allowed us to extend check-out time to after 12.30pm even though official check out time is 12pm.
