Good location.
Located along busy Nathan Road wirh buses and taxis. Yau Ma Tei MTR Station is near by. Plenty of shops selling food, Night markets are located close by.

The room is neat but there is some smell of cigarette smoke. TV, dressing table, clean towels and toiletries are provided but no fridge. The room is very small and congested and beds are narrow. We had problem putting our luggage in the room. Bathroom is a tiny cubicle. It gets wet all over during shower. The hotel lifts are not at street level but a few steps of stairs up. Carrying heavy luggage is a problem.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Buy the multiple use Octopus Card on arrival at airport. Use it to board Bus 21A from airport to hotel, move around tourist sites and also buy things from certain shops. Before leaving HK, get your refund of unused credit from MTR service centers.

Great Hotel with Good Location

The place is not really hard to find at all. Its in the hustle of nathan street so heaps of shops around. There is a 24hr McDonalds thank goodnesss; just right opposite the road.
it was small but that was expected. Been to similar rooms.
This place is a gem for singles/couples who are stopping over for a quick HK trip.

Great service and location but small room size
Customer service is great and the location of the hotel is very near to the mtr station making it accessible and easier to plan my journey to other parts of hongl kong

The room is clean and buy a little small in size for 3 adults to stay in after including an extra bedding.
The bathroom is quite small as well. Other than these, the stay was great. The rooms are nicely decorated.

A little underwhelming but great location

It was an OK stay at the Casa. The outside and lobby of hotel looks pretty good, new and clean. However, I found my room a very compact, old and slightly cheap feeling. (I guess real estate in Macau & HK is very expensive). On the plus side, it was easy to walk to the old quarter of Macau, the air con was cold, shower strong and room was clean.
Hotel staff was not very friendly and seemed preoccupied with getting back to surfing the net when asking for directions or recommendations for restaurants.
Travel tip:
The free shuttle bus pick up point to the Venetian is just a few moments outside the hotel.

The room is equipped with many facilities, the only two things that I cannot bear staying here in the next occasion are that the bed linen are not so clean, and the bathroom is so small that 2 people cannot stand in there at the same time, also the bathroom was built up with glasses on 2 of all 4 sides but it is very noisy if another guest is taking shower or stinky if he or she is using toilet.
Shopping Tip:
Situated right on Nathan Rd., and Yau Ma Tei MRT Station just 10 metres away from hotel entrance and few steps to famous temple street night market just behind the hotel's location. You can walk all the way down from here to Heritage 1881 shopping mall and Peninsula Hotel. Anyway, it's uneasy to get lost

overall, the hotel room located at great location by walking distance to yau ma tei station. the room is clean but small. if you are tall, i will advise you select the standard double room with queen size bed instead of single size bed.
if you are used to stay at 5 star hotel with spacious room, this hotel may not listed in your consideration.
