Great location with tiny and clean rooms
Great location, affordable price, clean
7.7
I stayed at Casa Hotel for a night and it was pretty good. The hotel is barely a 2 minutes walk from Yaumatei MRT, which is one station away from Mong Kok. This makes it very convenient if you would like to shop around Tsim Sha Tsui area, or even travel down to Hong Kong Island. Casa Hotel also sits along Nathan Road which is a bustling and a really long street. You need not be afraid of walking back at night alone. Also, the night markets along Fu Yuen Street and Ladies Street are nearby; your nights wouldnt be lonely!
The only thing about the hotel is its really tiny rooms. I stayed in a room for only 1 person (as I was a solo traveller). The toilet was so tiny I could only sit on the toilet seat to bath! Despite the small room, it had the essentials that a 5-star hotel will offer (bathroom slippers, shampoo, body wash etc.) Not to mention they have free wifi which really is a plus!
In conclusion: Casa Hotel is good for a solo traveller who needs a roof over her/his head for 2-3 nights. HK is a shopping paradise and you hardly spend time in the room. Unless you suffer from claustrophobia.

Great Location but small rooms
8.3
very good location. next door is 油麻地 (u ma tee)mrt station. besides that, our room was great (a little small, but we were never in it), tastefully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable and inviting. the staff was cheerful and helpful. we have stayed in similarly priced hotels where the rooms were \"worn and tired\". not this one. it was clean and fresh and there was the sense that management cared about appearance.casa hotel was a great find for us and we will stay there again.

Convenient Location and Beautiful Rooms
8
yes, admittedly, the rooms are small and placement of luggage in the room can be difficult. consider that the entire shower stall is your washroom; everything in the room will get wet - but it's a good hong kong experience on a budget. the elevators can only fit about 4 people each but it's well managed. luggage can be left at reception for free when checking out as well.
number 21a city bus will pretty much take you right there. it goes from the airport to kowloon for hk$33 (exact change).
the hotel is close to everything - temple street market, kowloon park (beautiful outdoor pool for hk$19 - adult, hk$9 - student).
enjoy a great experience!
Shopping Tip:
Remember, prices stated at the night markets are ALWAYS negotiable. When a vendor states a price, low ball them. If you start walking away, they generally call you back - if not, you're probably going to see the same item at another vendor to start the bidding again.
