Great location. However, dont expect room service.

I had a wonderful stay at Causeway Corner. However, on the last day of stay, the toilet roll ran out. Cant seem to find any help as it was already after office hours. So I had to go shopping for toilet rolls. It is a service apartment so dont expect any room service.

Great location in CAuseway Bay, but service is very basic with only the attendance at the door. Not recommended for business travel unles business center service is not required.

Superb location with a personal touch

upon check-in at the reception, the first plus point that greeted us was that we had to go through a security door in order to take a lift to the rooms, which was not something we would have expected from a small chain like theirs. though the room is much smaller than expected, it was modern, new, clean and well equipped with the necessities e.g. flat screen tv, fridge, hair dryer, toiletries, and even a microwave oven. being at the heart of causeway bay, transportation, shopping, eating were all made a breeze and within easy access. it's a definite plus point for tourists!
we were taken aback when they took an extra mile...and gave us a nice surprise on the second day of our stay, which happened to be my wife's birthday. after a long day at disneyland, we return to our room pleasantly surprised with a intricately wrapped box of biscuits on the desk, laced with a little birthday card filled with well wishes from the entire staff!! this nice little gesture of theirs added so much bonus points to this little establishment!!! it definitely makes our stay a more memorable and pleasant one!! i will not hesitate to make this place my choice again during my next trip to hongkong!!

Fantastic location with beautiful view

The best room we stayed so far in Hongkong, at very good price too (if you can get it). The floor length mirror looking to the harbour gave us magnificent view at night time and also in early morning. Near Times Square and all major shopping places which offered very good products and prices at the time. Nice bathroom with very good amenities. Basement self-service laundry is very convenient. We love this place and will return next time we come to Hongkong again.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a very nice Korean restaurant which offers good food at very good price, in Causeway Plaza 1 building which is just around the corner. Should try it if you like Korean food.

Great Location, small rooms but good use of space

This hotel is actually more like a block of serviced apartments than a hotel. The room layout makes good use of the space, the whole place is very clean and the rooms are quiet even though sited in a very noisy part of causeway Bay. The downside of it not being a normal hotel is that outside of office hours there are no staff and the customer service number "200" rings out when called. I checked out on a Sunday and had to go and find the building security guard from the building foyer to be able to check out. There are also no porters, so if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to lug it yourself.

Very convenient location, OK for price
Situated on Perceival Road within walking distance to Time Square, Sogo. Across the street is a burger king and 24H McDonald's. Street parallel has a supermarket and many local restaurants.

If you are looking for nice and clean accommodations in a very convenient location then this is a good place for you. But if you are looking for a spacious room with 24H room service, then I suggest you look for another hotel.
