Well located, but limited service

For the price, by forgoing the service features of a full hotel, we get a good size room with cooking facilities in causeway corner, and at a very strategic location.
However, during holiday there are no cleaning service, which is expected before the trip.

There is the famous polo bun right at the street behind causeway corner

Room facilities is good, a beautiful seaview on a conner of Kowloon. However, their is no cleaning service during public holidays,we have to get more towels for the public holidays.
No resturant in the hotel but it is a lot of dining places nearby the hotel.

Apartment was very clean although room's corridor is a bit small for two people. It's fully equipped with kitchenware, towels, and other amenities. Cleaning service is provided on daily basis (except sunday) but we did not use it. The sea view was awesome!
Staff was off on Sunday. We had to check out with the security guard.
The best thing about this place is the location. 1 min from Causeway Bay MTR exit, next to so many eating place including mcdonald, pizza hut, burger king, maxim. Hui lau shan (juice bar) is also next to the apartment. It's 5 minutes from big shopping centres, Time Square, WTC, and Sogo. Endless shops everywhere.

The room was small. But the bed, pillow, bathrooms, and wifi works well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although they are not really fluent in english, but they do try to explain.
Shopping Tip:
Times Square has a alot to offer. =D

the security personnel did not bother to look at who is going in or out of the hotel. neither do they address the guest with any smile or a word of "hello". faces of the security personnel especially the male, projected a moody and unfriendly look for all the days that i stayed.

the hotel is actually serviced appartments with no service during the weekend! this was not mentioned in the advertizing. the room was ok, with everything we needed, but nothing extra. lack of the the small help you need in a reception for a turist during the weekend or after 6 pm when they closed!

location - 5 minutes from airport bus, 3 minutes from tram, 2 minutes from subway exit, very near the shopping district
facilities - convenient access with 2 large elevators for around 30 story building with 6 units per floor, security card access for lobby door and room.
rooms - small but got everything you expect in a serviced apartment, clean and updated interiors.

i can say that the room furnishings are very nice and complete. the room even comes with ref, microwave, electric stove, cooking and dining utensils, so you can cook your own food. the room that we got has a good view of the harbor area. just take note that the hotel is not a full service hotel where you have a 24-hour reception area who can attend to your every single need. the hotel has a good location, situated near the mtr station and close to shopping malls.
