- superb customer service (email and in person)
- you'll love the mouth-watering buffet, very affordable too
- towels replaced and beddings made everyday
- near market, outlet shops, supermarkets, MTR, Times Square, Ocean Park, taxi stand - add more international news channels, I'm not a Chinese national so I got stuck on music channels, and Bloomberg. You'll get your money's worth, and even more. Easier to get Ocean Park tickets from the information booth. Will only cost you less going there. Instead of taking a cab or bus to airport, we used their shuttle service for two persons. Taking taxi would be more expensive. When taking MTR, use the Causeway Bay MTR Station via the Times Square, we had a long walk from MTR the first time coz the address said Wanchai Rd, Wanchai, HK so we used Wanchai MTR Station. City Life magazines were given -- the maps and the must-sees in them were our guides in our 5-day vacation! Complimentary fruits were also provided.
Restaurant Tip : Koon Thai in Tin Lok Street is the best thai food out there. :) Very affordable too!! Try the Green curry and the Koon Thai chicken.

Location is OK, depending on your plans while in Hong Kong. Some staff members were helpful. Some staff members were not too helpful. Had a smoking room, although requested a non-smoking room. Location is not that convenient, but Hong Kong is big so you need to be familiar with the area if you are going to book here. We requested a non-smoking room for one...but it was supposed to be for two people. That led to a huge problem where we needed to pay an extra Hong Kong $400 to get a "double" bed. We are not sure if the room we booked just had a "twin" bed, but that was what they were apparently saying. Either way, we were not comfortable staying there and the location was not ideal. Although in Causeway Bay, this particular location was on the outskirts and a bit confusing when walking to the main attractions. Breakfast was not included. On a positive note, when we asked to check out early, to book another hotel, there was no penalty.

bad experience i thought it would be nice.Awful room was given on arrival and next day after some complains they changed our room.Room size very very small.Not ahotel to stay with a child.walk to MRT is also more than 5 mins.think before you book this one!!
