convenient & comfortable

i was on a business trip. this is my 2-3 visit to charterhouse. i like the hotel for its service. they reception and concierge are all very helpful. i've always stayed in the single room. the rooms are a little small but its enough for a quick business trip. bed is soft and comfortable. overall cleanliness is good. they have a small gym with treadmill which is good. convenient location and near causeway bay mtr and time square. when the price is right i will always choose charterhouse causeway bay.

Short distance from the Causeway bay shopping area, and the MTR station. Hotel is small but sufficiently equipped, not as bad as some similar price range hotels which have really small room size.

Front Desk Staff, Location, Value
Good for the cost. Only spoiled by the restaurant staff bugging you to sign the breakfast slip. Felt like they though I was stealing food.

Public relation with hotel guest
Very dis-appointed with front night shift manager on duty on 7 august 2014 at around 11.50pm. The way this night shift manager talked to me is very rude, no manners, raise his voice by showing his face expression. By looking at the record, i am regular guest in this hotel and during morning and afternoon, most hotel staff are very polite and kind and good manner with me because i am regular guest. I will think twice before recommend my friends to stay in this hotel especially from Malaysia. VERY VERY DIS-APPOINTED.
