Very close to Causeway bay times square, restaurants everywhere. Hotel is a bit old but it's okay for the price.

Decent hotel, poor management of front desk
Comfy bed, no smoking room, warm shower
Decent friendly hotel but lacking any common sense at the front desk. Mainland Chinese do not line up for anything Charterhouse to follow the lead of other 3 star HK hotels and set up a clear channel for processing check in and check out. Currently, it is a chaotic mob scene with everyone pressing forward with no clear lines. Front desk staff very poor and slow and avoiding any kind of eye contact. Middle aged men managers linger around lobby but do nothing productive to help the situation. Only one front desk staff during the most busy hour of 11AM-12PM. Sad that with a little bit better & smarter management without the need for more resources, entire experience would be much better for everyone.
