the hotel is not as grand as the pictures imply and the rooms are very small. paying usd$ a night we expected that either a plug adaptor would be in the rooms or available for use from the front desk. it is available in the room "for sale" at $. what one would expect as service items at the price of the room were all add ons. the front desk staff were very abrupt and acted like they were too busy to deal with us. a wake up call booked for 6am arrived at 6:25am.
quaint, clean, pricey and needs someone to re-evaluate the service model. we moved hotel.

first time at this hotel. the location was good, rooms although rather small were comfortable, especially the beds. rooms are a little in need of some refreshing, e.g. wallpaper peeling off wall, and our mini bar fridge did not work. they did replace it, but that didn't work either. we were offered another room, but didn't bother. staff were friendly and responsive. would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel has an excellent sports bar & restaurant down at the cellar

I chose the hotel simply because it said it was just 15 minutes walking distance from the HKTDC fair center. Well, that might be true if you're a champion walker in the middle of the night and know all shortcuts but reality is a bit different so I would not recommend walking to the fair, take a taxi. Other than that, the hotel is fairly close to shopping and night life.

nice hotel great location central to shopping, ferry, restaurants etc. staff is great friendly, helpful. the concierge is great helpful. rooms are smaller but comfortable with good a/c. walk or catch a taxi anywhere.will stay here again.breakfast buffet needs help.

Hotel is situated in the middle of very Asian part of the city, but within walking distance to metro stations and bus stops - also Times Square is in about 5 min walk away. It was really easy to find bus stop to either Peak or Stanley Market. Hotel itself has comfy rooms, though the room for one person was really small. Staff was really helpful. If I´ll come to HK again, I will use this hotel again.
