nice - very accessible to public transport
the location - very accessible

water coming from the aircon is dripping and the carpet gets wet. Refrigerator cabinet is also not so clean. And space is really cramp - ours is superior room so it is understandable.
But overall it is a nice experience. Thanks also to their Manager

Halal food is also located just behind this hotel.

Great locatn for muslim travellers &helpful staff

We stayed in Nov 2012 for 5 nights. The hotel staff are helpful especially when we lost our trav doc upon arrivals in hk. they assisted as to check in w/o trav docs and guide us how to report the losts until we managed to secure our emergency docs in time to return to our country. the hotel rooms is of average size and the breakfast is good. this hotel has great location esp to muslim travellers where masjid ammar sadiq is just 2 mins walks behind the hotels.inside the mosque on the 5th floor there is muslim canteens , where they served great and tasty chinese food. In front of the hotel there is turkish kebab restaurant . The Time square , a large shopping mall/ boutique is about 10-15 mins walks frm the hotel. The causeway bay metro station is underneath the mall. Great hotels esp those travelling with family

i'm pretty satisfied with every aspect of this hotel, except when i was about to check out. it's a habit if mine to look under the bed for stuff i might have left behind, to my surprise it was filthy! dust balls, candy wrappers and even an old sock! disgusting!

Perfect location especially for muslim travellers

taxi from airport to this hotel cost us around hk320. convenient for muslim family as the hotel is located right next to msilim center where prayer halls and the famous halal chinese restaurant are located. many other halal restaurant at the vicinity - ali mess, pakistan pizza, turkish restaurant and aother one at the market. however major restaurants open at ard 10am. the wet market is just 5 mins walk from the hotel. need to pass through the busy market in the morning to go to the nearby causeway bay mtrstation. enter using time square entrance. you can buy cheaper ticket from the travel counter at the hotel, around hk10 cheaper for disneyland and ocean park. free wifi provided only at the lobby.

we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the rooms are ok for hong kong standards. it's a rather old hotel, but the rooms are well equipped, well kept, and most importantly clean. there is free internet in the room, but no wifi (only lan access). wifi available for free at the lobby. it's located close to restaurants, convenience shops and public transport. a mere 10 min walk to wan chai mtr station. 800m to times square on foot.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
walk through cnt tower (across the street from hotel) to get to hennessy road. this is a shortcut to the tram stop, a mere 3 mins walk from the hotel. there's a mcdonald's and a convenience store in cnt tower (parknshop).

The worst hotel experience I ever had in HK
the bar at basement w/ very good and friendly staff

No heat in such a weather ... understood in HK ... but they don't even hv an extra blanket for guests ... Housekeeping is extremely messy ... no toilet paper and forget to replace towels after makng up the room
Receptionist w/ bad attitude .. To conclude - I will never go back there again

room size is small but so are other hong kong hotel. housekeeping staff are very helpful and they will call and ask whether we need to clean up room if we didn't put the sign. hotel is a bit old and interior aged but overall cosy. great location- so close to timesquare. will definately come and stay again.
