Arriving at the hotel, very surprised. No lobby but only a small desk and elevators are at the basement floor, but very kind front staff. The room is very clean and wide, but very uncomfortable smell!

The location is a bit far from MTR station but can be easily accessible by bus / minibus. The room is clean, tidy, comfortable and has a nice seaview. The only cons is that the cooking area is a bit small. Overall I have a great stay and I definitely will come again.
