Definitely worth what you'll pay.
Room & Amenities, Location, Food Establishments outside the Hotel, Breakfast Coffee
8.3
Was so easy to find (take the L5 exit at East TST station). Location is great just in between Nathan & Canton rd near the Esprit Bldg. So many food choices just right outside the hotel. If you want to just eat in your hotel room, try the big rice topping servings at Ka Ka Lok, just next door is a local food place (i forget the name), pizza, Korean, an Irish Pub etc. The complimentary wifi is reliable & fast - each rm has its own router. Surprised how rm space was maximized effectively - lots of closet space, a mini kitchen with utensils. We also loved the coffee served during breakfast. Staff was also helpful with directions & recommendations.
The room was big enough for two but who wouldn't want more space? Also, it would be nice if there was a pullout/foldable dining table or an extra chair for the desk for when you decide to eat in. It miht have just been in our rokm, but the water temp on the shower was a little uncontrollable.
You're definitely gonna do a lot of walking in HK, but expect to do a little more walking if you're going to use the train at the TST or East TST Station from the L5 MTR entrance/exit. Refillable breakfast coffee?!
Overall, I would definity stay at this hotel again & recommend it to others.
Shopping Tip:
Wear comfy shoes, always bring one of those eco-friendly shopping bags when shopping for easy hoarding
Use your camera phone to take pictures of the routes at bus stops so you don't miss your stop. So you also don't overspend on train or bus fares, this'll also help you see which bus routes are cheaper or if it'll be better to take the train - you'd be surprised. I also take a photo of the HK street map so don't have to carry the actual map. There's also a pocket-sized MTR map at the CS counter at the airport or at any train station.

Good location, but
Location, friendly staff, clean rooms,
7
Pros: Right in the heart of TST; reasonable price; friendly staff (receptionist Joey and the cleaning lady)
Cons: Lift broke down and we got stuck for 30 minutes, apparently it is more often than occasional. You have to pay extra to convert the sofa bed to a working bed, but they don't tell you that when you book. Breakfast at cafe is not worth it, skip and eat anywhere else around the hotel
Hotel Feature Tip:
Shortcut to Haiphong Road - turn right at hotel and walk to SaSa shop. THe stairway is actually a pedestrian shortcut.

Located at a very convenient location. Just mins of walk from TST station. Located 3 streets away from TST station, on Asley Rad.Lots of food stores and 7 eleven and shopping centers. Nice rooms with clean shower and free wi fi in the room without any pass word. Take train from TST station to central to connect the air port express. The price of the hotel is affordable. Anyone going to HK, this hotel is good.

this hotel is located very close to the commercial hub in kowloon tst, and also about 3 minute walk to the mrt. i like the fact that all rooms have their own wi-fi router, serving up fast internet connection, while most hotels in hk will charge you for internet access or offer free wi-fi only in the lobbies.

No fuss hotel. Great and quiet location, just off Tsim Sha Tsui, and a walking distance to the harbor and the markets. Staff was helpful. Kitchenette was useful. Breakfast offerings were limited but the coffee was good; I wish it was unlimited coffee/tea for breakfast. I would stay here again.

room its self is ok but breakfast go elsewhere
room was clean internet working
6.3
The room was ok small neat and clean but for breakfast it was terrible they have a set menu and they served rotten eggs and when asked for another juice (ofcourse we would pay ) they said "no" .. and then ok but u have to pay pay now.. Very rude we ended up storming out of there and went elsewhere for breakfast.
Restaurant Tip:
do NOT go to the indian restaurant across teh road. Disgusting food (even tho they have michelin recommendation). Worst indian Ive ever tried in my life. All food tasted same. chicken, lamb, dhal all had exact same taste.. probably bad oils and also became sick after it.

avg hotel with small rooms but great location
5.7
Typical Hong Kong hotel, small rooms but good location. The rooms were tidy and clean but the aircon was slightly underpowered. It was cost effective though.
Shopping Tip:
Great for shopping, also close to MTR
