5 mins walk to mtr station. located at tsim sha tsui where shopping and food could be found easily. helpful staffs that help us to arrange for airport transfer (hotel to airport). it is managed by ascott hence, there are standards. one of the cheaper accomodation that you can find in tst area. definitely will stay there again. Value for money and breakfast are free!!!

Only a short walk to tst mrt station. Near to Harbour City and a few shopping mall. Many restaurants and 7-eleven around the hotel. The double room can consider big if compare with others hotel at hong kong. The room is clean and comfortable. Hotel staffs are friendly.

The room is a bit small and pricey at $ USD per night, but all the amenities that were provided, like the comfortable bed, the great location to shopping, great restaurants, and the train more than made up for all negatives!
My main complaint would be the minimal TV channel programming, but then you are in Hong Kong so who has time for TV?

The room is clean. Location is ideal for travel (MTR), food (restaurant, take-aways, supermarket), entertainment (pubs, KTV) and shopping.

The location was pretty central and near to the MTR station. Room size was average and adequate for 2 persons. However walls were pretty thin. Could hear neighbours talking, coughing, sneezing, etc. Not ideal if you're a light sleeper.

Nice hotel but bad service
Exactly the same as the one in Japan, neat and tidy

Minutes walk to everywhere but the services are a little bit bad.There are no one helping you after 8 as the housing keeping department has already closed.
Overall, the environment is good.

Great location, adequate room
Great location in Tsim Sha Tsui, easy to get around and lots of amenities close by.

decent sized room for the rate payed, the location was also fairly central and easy to get around. lots of restaurants on the same street and the mtr is just around the corner.
the room was very clean and nicely maintained, some of the other parts of the building look a bit run down.
Restaurant Tip:
I had coupons for the breakfast at the cafe downstairs on the 3rd floor. I preferred to eating out at the various restaurants a short walk away.

Great location and service with a smile

The location was super, close to everything. The room wasn't too bad considering being in Hong Kong but the bathroom was a bit small. To attract more travellers, I think there should have air-conditioning in the hallway as well.
