it is very close to the shopping centres and a21 airport bus stop. its safe at night cos its close to pub and food joints that open till late.
Shopping Tip:
close to all major shopping centres in TST

superb location small clean room

superb location! mins to mtr, ferry terminal. eateries & shops at doorstep. clean room & amenties. free wifi. room is small, but acceptable for 1 person. a bit cram to accomodate 2 or more.
Restaurant Tip:
famous Macau restaurant nearby at Lock Road. Must try HK style milk tea & pork chop bun. Many other nice dishes too.

Good location. Studio's give you more room.
Room size compared to hotels, book the Premier if you can.

Good location, once you find the actual building. No facilities, however who really uses them in HK. Room size is the big plus, much better than a hotel room.

located at the heart of tst. near haiphong, canton and nathan, peking roads.

we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. we dint have any problem at all, thank God. staff were so helpful. we had no problem checking in and out. the hotel is conveniently located at the heart of TST. it is very near to haiphong, peking, nathan and canton road. literally the hotel is in the middle.
Travel tip:
from exit of the hotel turn right, there is a small passage to haiphong road. which makes you so near to silvercord.

Not fantastic but its ok due to the price

The room is small and the entrance is sloppy. It is located next to a takeaway food outlet and hence, the surrounding is quite dirty as you can imagine since this is not HK Central. There are lots of aircon drips in the TST area. Traffic is also bad due to the many oneway streets and there unfortunately only one way to the apartment.

Great, but they don't have on site washing machines and dryer like most Citadines. And the night-time early morning desk manager does not speak English, Mandarin, Japanese or anything else except Cantonese. When requested over the phone to print out a boarding pass I sent to their front desk, he said, "Yea, yea, sure, no problem, got it, OK!" When arriving at the front desk, I asked if the print out was ready, he said, "Yea, yea, sure, no problem, got it, OK! He was very nice, but I think that is the extent of his English, and he does not speak Mandarin or Japanese either, so if you can't speak Cantonese, you will not be able to communicate.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bring an umbrella! Arriving at the hotel, delivery trucks block the entrance so you have to get out of the taxi far from the entrance and will get soaked if it is raining.

Average service but good location

The receptionist was helpful at times. Room service is average. But centralised location with lots of restaurants and mini-marts within 2 minute walk. They told me they are closing down from October 2011, but would have stayed here again if they had continued.

Great location, in the middle of everything, close to ferry, trains & buses. Busy little street packed with good restuarants & bars.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
So close to awesome sights, 5 minute walk to ferry over to Hong Kong, lots of shopping close buy.

hotel is no problem but for some of things they just say no we don't have we not give its very ride.i don't know that y they cant provide water in room.as they give kitchen in room.some time they r talking very strongly .but average is ok.
