good location to everything. very safe neighbourhood.
need sound improvement between rooms
convenient location to everything. lots of restaurants, shopping centres, supermarkets & convenient stores near by. we stayed in a deluxe room (300 sq.ft.) during june & it was good value (USD 70 tax incl.) our room was facing to a set of residential buildings on the other side of street that we r expected. 2 laundry stores near by the hotel for fast & cheap service. draw back was we can hear talking from the next door. otherwise it's good value & safe neighbourhood.
Travel tip : want to save some $ on traffic? step out from the hotel & turn right hand side, walk 3-4 mins to provident centre mall. there is an octopus MTR machine inside the mall. beep your octopus card & save $2 per MTR trip on the same day by taking MTR trains from either fortress hill / north point MTR station.

Internet connection with Pay
I like City Garden Hotel in North Point and have often stayed there during my stay in Hong Kong.
It has a large newly upgraded room (Hong Kong Standard) w/c can accomodate family w/ children. The MRT is quite a walk away (5 minutes) but from the MRT station you could probably get to anywhere in Hong Kong.

It’s very nice place , you just need walk about 5 minutes to MTR and bus station, near to a lot of good shop and food shop such us Star buck, Bakery shop. The staff of hotel is very nice and helpfull
the least for the service is their English , as like all people in Hong Kong their English is not very clear or easy to understand .
Basically this hotel is good place to stay either you alone or with your family.
Shopping Tip : You just need to walk about 2 minutes and you alraedy see small shoping area .

the bath room is to small and the water stay in the bath tub. some problems with the water pipe
The place from the hotel is far from each traffic road, that's can sleep weel and comfortable. The breakfast we have enjoy. Is realy all food what we like in the morning for a long travel day. The service is good and enoght. The hotel have a good connections to all the other places from HK. Can use Bus, Tram or MTR Train. Is easy and simple.
Shopping Tip : nearly is the big shopping street from Hongkong Island

Hotel was nice and clean, very friendly staff. quite close to MTR only 3 minutes walk.
hotel rooms and particular the bathroom was quite small. No free Internet. expensive breakfast 148 HKD no view at all.
The staff was very friendly and kind, and quite good english skills. in my oppinion the rooms need more lights. At night time they where particular dark, need to bring my suitecase to the bathroom to find what i needed. Besides that i really miss free WiFi connection. or at least a cabel connection to the internet. prices was 120 HKD for 24 hours of internet, way overpriced in my oppinion. i would rate this hotel as a +3 star hotel, but not really a 4 star. Overall a OK hotel. is reccomendable, if you only need some place to sleep. for one or two nights. (good mattress) I woudn't stay there for a week or two.
Travel tip : Near Starbucks, fastfood, MTR and quite close to Causeway bay shopping area.

Location, Bedroom and bathroom is clean
No free breakfast, no free internet
One thing is very good about this hotel is the location. It's located in centre of HK. Its surrounded by many local restaurant and mini market. You can't be starving here and you can taste various taste of food. (since eating at Hotel is more expensive). If you want to go anyplace in HK by yourself (using MTR, tram and bus) choose this Hotel. Because all station just a few minutes walk from this Hotel. I recommend using octopus card for transportation and shopping. One thing I disliked about this hotel is why there is no free breakfast and no free internet (is very important for business people). The bedroom and bathroom is clean (cleaning every day). The staff can speak english well , and there is a city tour stand on the lobby, but the price is high. I recommend you walking around by yourself since the transportation is very easy in HK, especially from this Hotel.

Comfortable bed and pillow. The room is clean and very spacious
Broken bath tub stopper/drain
Overall, the hotel looks clean and modern unlike before it was renovated. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillow is warm and soft. The hotel is near the Fortress Hill subway point so it it very accessible and walking distance from the tram. The best thing her is that is is near to a lot of food establishments from small restaurants to big ones. Sad thing the hotel lobby is quite small to accomodate hotel visitors and guests and they also have only a few waiting area.

Near Airport Bus stop
Staff are friendly and very helpful
Room is big and quite clean
5 to 10 mins walk to Fortress Hill MTR station
Not much to see around the hotel area
The City Garden is located at Fortress Hill Area. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful to your needs and inquires. The rooms are big and quite clean, the bathroom is also nice and clean.
The nearest MTR subway station to the Hotel is the Fortress Hill, which is atleast 5 to 10 minutes walk. There is only few small shops and restaurant nearby of the hotel.
But all in all is it quite pleasant stay.

Convenient location, comfortable bed
The live music in the Admiral's bar downstairs can get loud since the place is not very big and has a low ceiling.
We have stayed here several times and has always had a good experience. The staff is well trained and helpful. One morning when we were heading out, it was raining quite hard. Without prompting, one concierge staff came over and gave us his own umbrella to use (the hotel ones were all out). The Housekeeping staff is especially friendly. The beds are comfortable. The location is convenient to many different types of restaurants and to the MTR station. We had dinner in the cafe restaurant upstairs. Though the food is good, it is a bit overpriced. You can get similar type of food for less if you venture out, especially to places like Causeway Bay and Admiralty.
Hotel Feature Tip : If the live music in the Admiral's bar downstairs is too loud, you can order your drinks and have them brought up to the lobby for you. The house wines are surprisingly good.

location, staff, room, cleanness.
cars park and occupied half of the pedestrian in front of the hotel.
My stay at City Garden Hotel was a very pleasant experience. When I first stepped into the hotel, I was welcome by the floor manager with a very sweet and polite smile and guided me to the check-in station. The check-in procedure was fast. I was very satisfied with my room which was quite big compared with other hotels I have stayed. Besides, the hotel is located at a very convenience spot, with every transportation you named nearby, so, I will pick this hotel again next time when I come to HK again.

Convenient location near the Fortress Hill MTR station.
Restaurants on location and convenient to all transportations.
Housekeeping was below average. Didn't do much in terms of cleaning our room and the room comes with 2 bottles of complimentary waters and we had to call everyday for them to deliver. Air conditioning in the rooms would not go below 60F and made the rooms stuffy at times.
Beds were lumpy so not really comfortable sleeping condition.
The hotel lobby looks decent and the rooms are average. It's definitely a 3 star hotel, but if you are looking for good housekeeping services, this place is limited and depending on the person cleaning your room, it can be decent or terrible.
Hotel Feature Tip : It's close to all public transportation and it provides all the essentials of a 3 star hotel (water, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, shaver, toothbrush, toothpaste, gym, etc.). And if you are missing anything, there's a 7-eleven right outside the hotel lobby. IN addition, plenty of restaurants in the area.

Room clean, big and bright.
The man who takes care of the lobby always make guests nervious by watching and catching wrong.
City Garden Hotel is the one hotel that is in good location; near shopping centre, convenient store and MTR. Room is clean, spacious and bright. Hotel also has shuttle bus to many major places.

The location is very good, as is many other properties in Hong Kong. Restaurants are close by.
Cost for internet is too high and as with other hotels, should be included in the nightly fees.
Nice hotel and I have stayed there before, likely will again if back to Hong Kong.
Restaurant Tip : Many close by both street vendors and small shops.
