Budget hotel with good location. 10 mins walk to Tsim Sha Tsui and 15 mins walk to ladies market. Room is small but clean. Reception staff is very helpful.

Actually, this hotel is converted from apartment. But every thing is okay (room is tidy, clean with all facility for single, wifi in room). It locates very near Jordan MRT Station on Nathan Road; The staff are friendly.
Cons: some noise from air-conditioner, hard to find reception;
But never mind if you have the address, go through the gateway, turn left up the stairway opposite the security box, the first door on the left is 'reception'.

Location - A street away from Jordan MTR, near night markets.
Ambiance - Lobby is at 2nd level, we had a hard time locating the lobby, sign was not obvious.
Room - An Apartment-converted-hotel, rooms are quite small, but comes with basic such as fridge, coffee maker, small wardrobe. Laminated flooring (supposed to be more hygienic), though abit dusty, we had to wore slipper in the room.
Bed - Clean and comfortable, but lots of squeaky sound due to friction of the bed frame with the floor.
Toilet - Very small, no room for placing your toiletries on the wash basin, prepared to bring hanging toiletries bag.
Wifi - can only work at the reception area, too far to reach the rooms.

only 5 minutes walking distance from jordan station (exit e). steamboat restaurant at the same street too. if you looking for others food, you may find it at nathan street too (jordan station exit a to d). food is not a problem here.
