the hotel is easy acces to shopping mall to 3 floor directly and the shopping mall have many varities of good food chinese and thai food as well as italian food and the shopping mall is interconected with other shopping mall as well as all hotels fasilities jw marriot,shangrila,the upper house.
Shopping Tip:
cheapest shopping for branded goods such as prada,lv,hermes,armani,bulgari at litbis easy acces to mrt within the infinity.

Amazing hotel !
Direct access to Pacific place mall is an added advantage for someone with younger children and loves shopping !

We had an amazing stay at the hotel - the best thing being the shopping mall located on its 3rd floor ! - At the time my husband and my 4 year old used to be sleeping ..i used to b out in the mall pampering myself - couldnt have asked for more

I used to stay at the Conrad executive floor for my business trips to Hong Kong from 1988 to 2005 and occasionally afterwards.
For my return stay in three years I still find the hotel outstanding, the staff even more helpful.
Stunning view and luxurious amenities. Choice of restaurants.
Pacific place is a great shopping complex. Direct access to MRT.
Hotel Feature Tip:
I recommend the executive floor harbor view package. Executive king size room is spacious. Bathroom is small but very functional and amply supplied.
The executive floor staff is very efficient and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much at Conrad. The rooms were very clean, comfortable... almost difficult to leave at the start of the day! The breakfast buffet was great - we loved the assortment. Not too many but of good quality.

Our recent stay at the Conrad with our 4 year old was excellent! The drive to and from the airport was smooth. The hotel's location is just about the best in HK with a huge mall selling luxury and non-luxury brands, a supermarket and even a cinema. More importantly, Admiralty MTR station was situated at the doorstep which is crucial when you have to take the toddler to Disneyland and all the other tourist spots. Because of the hotel's popularity, there was also a steady stream of taxis available. My only gripe was perhaps that the room should have provided instant coffee instead of coffee in filtered bags that meant a whole pot had to be made and wasted.

We arrived around midnight due to a late flight. We need one extra bed in the room and it was immediately arranged. Reception has offered late check out for us till 2pm the next day. Due to the late connection flight they have given us till 4pm without extra cost. It's one of the best hotel in Hongkong with elevators down directly to pacific place (shopping center) and also MRT.
