Nice room, friendly staff, easy access to and from the airport, I had a very comfortable stay at the Conrad. Room was very nice and complete with first class amenities. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The thing I love most about this hotel is it's accessibility - airport, malls, central, Mtr so I saved a lot of time going around Hong Kong.

Excellent location, luxurious room, big bathroom and tub, friendly staff. Our room rate included breakfast. But when we ask for water in the resturant, they charged us incredibly expensive prices at KHD$70 per bottle. When we complained, they finally cancelled the water charge, but it created bad feelings anyway. Good experience, comfortable room, and well worth a visit.

Great value for money. Rooms were of a high standard as expected. Staff were really helpful and the general atmosphere was very good. Great Sunday lunch buffet particularly good value. Location not ideal for the disabled but the staff were again very helpful. Ideal central location for Hong Kong island. Level 3 ground floor gave access to quality shops and a wide choice of restaurants. Located within walking distance of all the main attractions. The Conrad gives the discerning traveller a good choice with excellent value for money. Would not hesitate to stay at this Hotel again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very close to Hong Kong Park the Botanical Gardens and Zoo which are free. Also near to The Peak Railway.

Classic hotel, prime location the carpets are getting old - some upgrades would be nice We arrived around midnight due to a late flight. We need one extra bed in the room and it was immediately arranged. Reception has offered late check out for us till 2pm the next day. Due to the late connection flight they have given us till 4pm without extra cost. It's one of the best hotel in Hongkong with elevators down directly to pacific place (shopping center) and also MRT.

EXCELLENT LOCATION
SUBWAY UNDER THE HOTEL
PERFECT VIEW NOT SO FRIENDLY FOR THE MONEY IF YOU LOOK FOR A NICE LOCATION, AND VERY CONVENIENT SUBWAY STATION NEAR THE HOTEL.. THIS IS THE PLACE.
ROOMS ARE VERY NICE TOO

I was surprised at how convenient it was to other areas, as it looked out of the way on the map. You connect easily to Central and Wan Chai via the shopping mall that has an entry from the hotel.
If you want to go further afield the plentiful public transport runs right by the shopping centre.
The atmosphere in the lobby was very calm and subdued which made it a pleasant place to hang out, and a good place to conduct a business meeting.
The Harbour View rooms on the higher floors gave a stunning view even though it's well back.
