Vegetarian food is a problem. Otherwise a decent hotel.
Travel tip : Nothing is near except the race course. You have to take a taxi or take a long stroll.

Our executive room was very compact in size but adequate. Would not suit travellers with a lot of luggage.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Most convenient location for not to be missed bus trips to Stanley & the Peak.

Its a trendy hotel, room is small but very nice. My boyfriend and I had such a great time and the hotel is a convinient place close to shops and walking distance from Causeway Bay! hotel has reasonable price and good for frequest travellers Its pretty much in a highway, need to get a cab to reach central where bars and restaurants are, but will take only 5-10 minutes max in a taxi Very good cozy and trendy hotel. will stay here again and i recommend it to solo travellers and couple.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Its near the horse race and close to shopping centre.

Travel tip : The affiliated Hotel Cosmopolitian next door seemed better.

Clean rooms Rooms are a little small
Soundproofing could be better This review is quite old but during my stay, the hotel was clean and a convenient walk to the shopping areas - 5 - 10 min walk.
Taxis appear to not necessarily know where it is and also tend to confuse the Cosmo with its sister hotel, the Cosmopolitan. There are other hotels in the area which are closer to the MTR.

Each room has theme color so was colorful and enjoyable. Also, there was a nice and quiet terrace on the 5th floor (I guess so...) so I enjoyed my time there for several times. The room temperature was too cold. It wasn't able for guests to adjust the temperature so I always turned off when I was in the room. However when I got back from outside, the air conditioner was always on so I must leave a note (even so, it was on once). It was my first time to visit Hong Kong. I love horses and seeing horse races was one of things which I wanted to do in Hong Kong. The hotel sits just nearby the Happy Valley Racecourse so I was very happy.
It took around 10 minutes to get to Causeway Bay Station but it wasn't bad to me. If you don't like to walk, then you can take shuttle bus or you can take taxi to get there.

- The hotel very nice and clean.
- Good size room for Hong Kong.
- Provide the shuttle service to the near by shopping area.
-Breakfast buffet not so good. Not so many selection.
I would stay here again for my next visit to Hong Kong. I like the atmosphere and decoration of the hotel but some people may feel it cold.

Friendly service, staff will help you with restaurant recommendations, directions, suggestions. To get into Central, it would take you about 25 minutes if you are on business trip during traffic. But taxi costs are cheap in HK. The MTR is 15 minutes walk away. There are not a lot of activities in the area, and would require a 10 minute walk or taxi. The hotel is between Causeway Bay and Wanchai, so you are away from Central completely. Breakfast included if you book through Agoda, but not through the hotel directly. Hotel bus available from sister hotel, (Cosmopolitan Hotel, which is a tad more upscale), around the corner that will take you to various points of interest on HK island. There is a massage place in Cosmopolitan Hotel which is pretty good, convenient for the both hotels' guests.
