The staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful. Great service The hotel should provide extra pillows. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. I have booked two rooms but however on my very first day of stay we were given two rooms at different level. I have requested to have two rooms at the same floor and the room was given the next day and the staffs even helped to move our belongings to the new room. This was rather nice. :) and on my last day of stay, as we were rushing our time to the airport, one of the staffs have offer to help us to book a taxi for us.

Cheap, downtown location. It's clean and sufficient if one just expect to have somewhere to sleep with no frill. Small room, not very convenient to stay for more than 1-2 nights if on a business trip and do some work at the hotel. I chose the Cosmo hotel because I needed somewhere fairly cheap, close to the places I had to go and since I was staying only 2 nights and had no intention to work from the hotel, I didn't mind the basic and small layout of the room. Don't expect something fancy, it's the bare minimum.

Central location for Causeway Bay and Wanchai
DEcent sized rooms for Hong Kong Slow lifts
Long walk to MTR Good location for Wanchai and Causeway Bay. The hotel provides a shuttle to various useful places, including Times Square and Airport Express station. Rooms a decent size for Hong Kong hotels. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. A good choice for a reasonably priced hotel in Hong Kong

Great bar on the ground floor with live music - good lobby, recently fitted out and good location. Rooms are very very small and during the day if you get a mountain / peak facing room you look out onto the city's graveyard. Not a bad place however quite expensive for a small outdated room, couldn't swing a cat.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : 5 min walk to wan chai

Location, Location, Location Small Room, hard for car drop off Very Good Location, 10 min walk to SOGO and subway stations. Hotel is Lean but very small, and not many rooms per floor, their sister company next door seems little better.

Very close to Time plaza for shopping and entertainments. Hotel is pretty clean, and looks nice. too small, also confusing with their sister hotel cosmopolitan hotel. Hotel is pretty clean and nice staff; they have shuttle service to main spots around hotel, which is very nice feature.
Hotel is close to main shopping plazas and they give you easy to find walking distance entertainment maps.
Rooms are tiny, but this is typical in HK. overall, it is worth for the money.

Best features - Room : Design, Shuttle Bus : really convenient I really like the design of the hotel - Minimalist. Specially the room which you have 2 toilet and you have a seperate room with a sofa bed. Really convenient. I also satisfied with the shuttle bus, eventhough the location is not really at the centre but with the shuttle bus schedule really help me to go anywhere i want. Hotel staff really helpful. I left my Ipod and BB charger on December 31, 2008 and I just realized on January 2, 2009 - they still keep my chargers. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it....

The staffs are really helpful. Upon our check-in, we found that the TV remote didn't work, and the room service lady arrived in less than 5 minutes and managed to fix the mini-fridge door as well. We found the room to be a bit too small compared to the one we saw in picture and the windows were covered with semi-transparent sticker- so not sure if the view wasn't that good so they didn't want us to see or what? All comments made here is about Cosmopolitan hotel to which we got transferred to because we were told that the room at Cosmo (that was initially booked) was basically full right upon our arrival. Not an ideal impression to have upon your arrival, is it? Anyways, we thought it would be nice anyways since Cosmopolitan seemed like an upgrade. However, once in the room, we were not really sure. The room was small compared to the picture we saw. The TV remote didn't work. The fridge door was almost fallen apart and the window was covered by a transparent sticker as if they were trying to block the bad view or something. After all, we spent most of our time in town, so the room was basically like a 'Bed & Breakfast' for us. Not good, not bad, but not recommended.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel shuttle bus leaves every 15 minutes to Time Square at Cosway Bay. So, this is really useful.

The rooms were quite nice and hotel not so far from the main shopping area The halls were quite narrow then I thought. The hotel was very nice after I heard about the renovations. We hope to stay there again if other hotels within the Wanchai area is full.

Not what we expected from the advertised quality of the hotel. Very disappointing. The first executive room we were given was very poor. No bathroom, only a partitioned off area which served as one. No surface area to put a toothbrush! Connecting door to the next room meant we heard every word our 'neighbours' said, result was that we had very little sleep. We asked to be moved to a room which was more in keeping with the 'executive room' we had paid for and, to their credit, the staff immediately agreed and we were transferred to a room on the next floor up. At least this had a small bathroom and was quieter. We live in Thailand and are accustomed to good quality hotels and service. Sadly this hotel failed on all counts and we will not be staying here in the future. The staff at breakfast were very pleasant, but failed to notice when the table had not been re-set with cutlery etc or when it needed to be cleared. It was our responsibility to attract their attention and ask for what was needed.
