I was very surprised at the level of service from the staff. In addition the rooms were very clean. The location of the hotel from major malls and public transport makes movement within Hong Kong very easy.

staff is very accommodating and friendly. the room is not designed well, there are not enough outlets. the hairdryer is difficult to plug in, you have to unplug a light behind a desk and there is no makeup mirror or easy place to get ready.
Travel tip:
Be aware, if you are looking to 'do your hair' or makeup there is no good place to do it. The lighting is bad, and there are few outlets.

this place is ok at the price point. location is more happy valley than wanchai, as you are just a hundred meters or so from the horse race track.
rooms are small but clean and adequate. did not try the food. wifi in public spaces is exceedingly slow and spotty.

Waling distance to the horse racing track

The room was very small, and had twin single beds. We had to organise our walking around the room so that we didn't bump into each other.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the curry / pizza kiosk on the STAR ferry quay. Lovely food and cheap.

great location near the heart of shopping

situated in wan chai but on the border of causeway bay, the location was very convenient as it's walking distance to times square. the rooms were average, no complaints, and for the price it was well worth it. there could be confusion as the cosmopolitan hotel is also nearby, so sometimes it could cause confusion when finding the hotel or on a taxi.

hotel location just opposite the happy valley jockey club and on every wednesday it hold night horse races there from 730pm
try yr luck and enjoy the evening there. as for the hotel the usual services expected from a international hotel except it provide free shuttle bus services to times square and back and also shuttle services to hongkong station to catch the mtr express services to the airport only 20mins away....buy group tickets much cheaper for the airport express

the hotel do sell tickets to ocean park and during the weekend you can hop into the free shuttle bus service to ocean park..not bad
