very comfort stay. family room is a good choice, with bath tub and comparable larger room. the design of the room is nice. complimentary with some different brand of cute mineral & drinking water and also wonderful fruit. the night view from room is also not bad because we are in 25th floor!
shuttle bus is a good service to mongkok station. it is only cost hkd 20.00 for a taxi to come back to hotel from mongkok station. if you are not tired, the walking distance is around 10-15 minutes between mongkok station & hotel.
breakfast very normal with limited choices.

Cosmo Hotel Mongkok was really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were really excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel to people that are looking for a short relaxing getaway with a not-so-high budget. The stay was really worth the money paid.

i love Cosmo hotel, the staff all are well tranier, very helpfull and friendly, the toilet door, was the only problem for me because after closing the toilet door ,still a gap,so the little ones will be peeping you while you are in the toilet..haha..will be great for couple..

I think the hotel has the best policy in the world. Online guest can check-in or checkout at anytime they want. For example, I checked-in at 11am and checkout at 2pm wihtout any additional charges. The staff also are so friendly and rich with smiles. And...they're informative. For example, I wanted to book Airport Shuttle for 3 persons from the hotel which costs HK$420. However, the Concierge staff informed me that it is better to take taxi which is more convenient, faster and it will cost us about HK$250. It was true, the taxi fare from the hotel was just HK$248.50 including the extra charge for the luggage.
