The feeling that you get when you first step into the hotel, is one of a posh and classy hotel. However, the moment you step into the room, it would be the total opposite feeling. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The toilet was small beyond belief. One of the bath towel had a brownish curry looking stain on it. The television was placed so high up the wall that it was awkward to watch shows. The TV quality was very bad (despite movies having the words High Definition next to it). The carpet looked like it had not been cleaned since the inception of the hotel operations.
All in all, it was not an enjoyable holiday experience, and I would not be booking this hotel again.

Location is great for night shopping at the night market, and with the free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel, makes transportation easier, Whether to town, ferry terminal or to the airport. Not to mentioned they are always been on time.
They also have friendly staffs to provide you with directions, informations needed.

Value for money, and a nice friendly service especially thanks for the staff called Hugo who really willing to share with us where and what should we are going to do in HK . By the way this hotel was provide the shuttle bus services in every hourly.
