The hotel is very very small with queen size bed.
No privacy in the room as toilet is glass which you can see through easily even when you are using the toilet bowl. The sound proof is weak. You can hear clearly whats happening at the corridor.
There are several convenient stores around the hotel but its quite far from the shopping district at Mongkok MTR station. Around 20-30mins walk.

Hotel is very new and clean. Though the rooms are small, it is well designed to suit your necessary needs.
The hotel provides free shuttle bus every 30 mins to Mongkok MTR (shopping venue), Tsim Sa Tsui (Ferry Terminal to Macau) & Hong Kong Airport Express Kowloon Station (do your flight check-in 1st & proceed with other shopping before time due for departure).

the hotel is in a good location, its within walking distance to olympic mtr but its not the best location in my opinion. there are small eateries and convenience stores across the hotel, but the area behind it is kind of industrial. however they offer a free shuttle that takes you out to mongkok langham shopping center. their shuttle gets filled up quickly though. i would strongly suggest to offer rides every 30 mins due to the demand.
the rooms are extremely small. the bathroom is cramped and without counter space. the hotel is average in cleanliness. although we had free wifi in the room, the wifi kept disconnecting and that was quite annoying. our hotel phone didn't work twice, but they were nice about it and tried to fix it right away. because there's lots of people in the hotel, it can get noisy in the morning and at night when everyone is going in and out of their rooms
overall, the stay was pleasant. the service was nice.

This is the best location and view of this hotel and it cleaning .for room is not too small..
Lovation of this hotel is nearest town and it have shuttle bus service per hour.
It is standard price and good service.

Small room but new stuff in room with internet, and Cable TV made our stay more relaxing when we're not out shopping or exploring. plenty of local delicacies around the area if you're willing to walk a bit.
Staff were helpful and willing to help whenever they could.
Restaurant Tip:
There's a few HK style Cafes around. be sure to try their breakfast, lunch, tea-time and dinner sets. all have different things and darn good with their milk tea, coffee or "yin yong" (mixture of coffee and tea)
