the girl at the lobby wanted to upgrade me to a bigger room saying my kids and i wouldn't fit in the room i booked. but for HK$600. i declined, my kids are 6 and 4, we fit in the room just fine since we stayed only for a couple of hours waiting for an early flight the next day.

Service was unfriendly and standards of housekeeping were inconsistent. Other than having to deal with mostly sullen faces at the reception, the housekeeping staff did not replenish the amenities in the room on certain days. What was most frustrating however, was the fact that despite having paid a room rate that includes internet service, usage was cut off the night before we were due to check. The irony, which i discovered after this rude shock, was being able to tap on the next door hotel's free wifi, from my COSMO hotel room!
I hesitate to plan another stay here.

A bit far walking from Mongkok, Closer to Olympic city. Very new looking design decoration. Friend and helpful staff. Shuttle bus is convenient to drop off and pick up @main shopping centre.

My stay at the Cosmo hotel was pleasent. Although the room size is quite narrow, but the locaation of the hotel is very strategic, where the bus station and the transit railway is just 10 minutes walk away. There is a restaurent surrounding the hotel,so no problem for finding food.
