within walking distance to olympic station for easy access to many attractions including the citigate factory outlets. hotel staffs were very helpful in giving suggested routes to our destinations and recommending great places for food :) hotel shuttle service is another plus!

this is my second times stayed in this hotel. i traveled with my family. the kids enjoy the hotel very much and my mom in particular likes it since it's only a stop away using the shuttle provided by the hotel. disneyland can be reach less than 20 minutes with a 5 minutes walk to olympic mtr station.
Shopping Tip:
Ladies market. Take the shuttle from the hotel and get off on the first stop then 5 minutes walk to ladies market

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

we were greeted with a smile when first arrived. there were no comfort room available therefore we were upgraded to a suite. the room was great and could accomodate more than 2 pax. it is within walking distance to the mtr and at midnight you need supper there is always a 24 hour mcd across the road. overall it was a great stay, we will definately book in room in cosmo if we visit hk again.

The rooms are small but that is standard for Hong Kong. We had a bit of a city view which was nice. The bathroom is small and not very private so you must be comfortable with your partner.
Hotel Feature Tip:
It's easy to plan your shopping and sightseeing trip using the hotel shuttle. It makes a loop every 30 minutes and is easy to use.

The locations is great with lots of restaurants nearby, bus stops and 3MTR stations within the walking distance, or shuttle bus service provided if perfered.
The room is not big but very comfort, nice and tidy; especially compared to the other 4-stars hotel I booked for the second part of my trip, which is situated in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong Island.
staff are helpful with smile too, compared to the one in Sheung Wan, Cosmo Hotel is far better, recommend!
Hopefully next time will have free wi-fi at rooms!
Restaurant Tip:
You can try the proper Hong Kong Style food easily, with restaurants just across the road, nice and cheap.

shuttle bus service is useful, it comes every hour. if you miss it, you can always take the mtr. it's about 15-20mins walk to the nearest mtr, and most of the walk is sheltered. the stretch from the mtr to the hotel is well-lit, and it feels safe going back to the hotel even at night.
just across the hotel is a macdonald's and supermarket, there are also quite a few food stalls along the streets.
the room is rather small, but there's still sufficient space. the safe in the rooms is useful for locking passports. there's a mini fridge, which we used to chill the drinks we bought at the supermarket. there are lots of mirrors in the room, so there is no need to squeeze each other for mirror space.
staff at the hotel are always smiley and helpful, and they speak pretty good english too. there's free wi-fi at the hotel's lobby.
beds are clean, and the shower's strong with the heater working fine. just that there's a slight gap between the doors of the toilet which i don't really like.
overall, it's a great place to stay in. i would stay there again if i go hk.
