Convenient Hotel
located in the city centre, close to shopping centers and districts

A lovely 4 star hotel with a great location.
Rooms are clean and new however small as it is supposed to be in HK...
They are charging you for internet on 22nd floor but the lobby wifi is free, which is funny...
Minibar use is not recommended as everything is overpriced.
Hotel not widely known by the cab drivers, hence you'd better have the address written in Chinese. Get a city map and mark the hotel on it, it would ease your pains.
Shopping Tip:
Nathan Road, Open market and shopping centers are just 10mins walking distance from the hotel.

Modern Hotel with hospitable staff

the hotel looks relatively new on the exterior and interior.
as the rooms in hong kong are usually small, i did not expect the room in cosmo would be big but i was satisfied with the size of our room. there was space to walk and a ledge to sit by the full length window. however, the shower area was a little cramped.
the hotel offers shuttle bus services every hour to mongkok station, airport express station and ferry terminal. if you were to walk from mongkok station, it's about 15 mintues and you would definitely need a map. the staff were very enthusiastic, always offering their help.

not in a great location but free shuttle bus service to certain places is definitely a added value to it. poor house keeping, it's not really clean n tidy.

Nice hotel and efficient friendly service
The concierge staff are very friendly, and efficient. They are always ready to help and advise with your travel needs.

the room is small, as expected; perhaps about 15m2 or so. the shower is tiny and storage spaces are considered inadequate. however the hotel is fairly new; and their non-smoking policy works a charm with us. it smells fresh, even in the hotel corridors.
we like the city view and we appreciate the in-room complimentary 750ml bottles of water, room safe, and complimentary hotel shuttle bus services to the langham place, harbor city and the kowloon airport fast rail shuttle station.
the hotel is close by to a mcdonald's, a few 24/7 stores, and a few cafe's.
further on within 15 min walking distance is the mongkok mtr station and nathan rd/temple street/ladies' street; which offer better dining options.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Spend half a day visiting Lantau Island> Be sure to catch the cable car (HK$84 single trip and HK$125 return trip per pax)up to Ngong Ping. The Big Buddha is more interesting than the Temple.
The nearby Citygate Outlets may offer some shopping bargains.

great service and cosy rooms

booked 4 nights at cosmo mongkok. staff there is very helpful. even on rainy days, they will go all the way out on the streets to get u a cab! cosy room but toilet is a bit small. only 2 lifts at the lobby but the waiting time is still alright. hopefully when i visit this hotel in future, they have changed out the pillows as its too soft!

Nice Hotel with friendly staffs

i was staying at the hotel for 2 nights and it was good, the staffs are very friendly, they eager to help guest and visitors,they will help you to almost everything you need and will answer their best for every of your question, the surround neigborhood are okay, you can find few of restaurant, there,s mcdonald just across the street, and convenient store. you can just walk to the ladies market and the shopping mall. last but not least, do not worry for the accomodation, because they offer free shuttle bus from couples places ( for more information go to their website ). the room are nice, clean the bed also are comfortable, but quite small ( do not bring to much luggage, or bring only one big luggage and couple small ones).

i must say its a great stay at cosmo hotel even though the room is small but very cosy. my room view was great.. the services provided by the hotel is thumbs up too.. the hotel also provided free bus services for the hotel guests, not all hotels do that.. must try this hotel if u dun mind the room is small.. i apparently likes this hotel a lot..

The location of the hotel is not so good. It is far away from the subway station. Require to walk at least 20 mins to the subway station.
Generally, the hotel room is nice and comfortable. The cleaniness is excellent.
The only down point is the room sound proofing is lousy.
