Rooms were modern and clean, but on the small side - probably good for couples or business travellers. we enjoyed the shuttle service provide, it stopped at the shopping parts and was a welcome free service. The staff were also friendly and provided information and helped to make restaurant bookings. Would receommend this for short trips to hong kong for couples.

my partner and i stayed at this cosy and clean hotel from the 5th april till the 8th. it was a marvelous experience, albeit the rooms being a wee bit small. though so, they've added a really modernized touch and the place felt nothing less than a 4 star hotel. the receptionists were very efficient and accommodating, with one particular female receptionist who made communicating with the desk staff much easier because she was fluent in english. what i wanted to specially highlight about this trip though, was the excellent service delivered by the guest services manager - eric tsoi. on the first night itself, the sole of my left boot came off and after spending a substantial amount of time trying to search for some strong glue from nearby hypermarts, we failed to locate any. when we returned to the hotel i brought this up at the reception counter just to try my luck to see if the hotel could provide some help. though they didn't have any strong glue, the guest manager contacted the handyman of the hotel and got him to fix my boot on the spot. in addition, he volunteered to have it sent back to my room and all the while he provided us with a very warm smile. as we all know, hong kong is a country accustomed to the act of tipping. when handed back the boot to me, he even politely declined the tip and asked if anything else could be done to assist me. this left me with a very good impression, and i'll definitely be back to patronize as a guest once more whenever i'm in the country !
p.s., i love the fact that the doorman does hold the door open patiently and greet you very quickly. great job with your team, cosmo mongkok !

hotel located in kowloon but not at the heart of mongkok. there is a walking distance about 10-15 min to the mongkok. few restaurants around hotel & opposite have macd, not much choice of food compare with mongkok.hotel provide shuttle bus to few locations during each & every hour.however,the seat is limited, sometimes it's full. there is a mrt station near the hotel with walking distance about 10 min.the hotel is new & modern, the staff are young & friendly. i enjoy the stay there, the only cons is it's a bit far from the crowded mongkok, require more energy & time to walk back to hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
if you plan to take shuttle bus, pls go down earlier, the seat filling fast & the bus driver depart very punctually

The room was fine but small. The windows did not open and the bathroom is a glasswall. The tv reception was a bit spotty but english speaking channels were available, which was nice. The lobby was busy. If you use the shuttle service arrive at least 15 minutes to half early. Twice we missed the shuttle because it was full, first come first serve. But, they run frequently.
