Great concierge overall disappointed
Helpful concierge - convenient shuttle service

We were greeted with an extreme up sell to a better room. We had 2 double rooms, 1 of our rooms the bathroom was a problem. We continually had problems from toilet blocked, shower blocked, no hot water. When we reported it, was looked at and we were told it eas fixed but wasn't. Definitely disappointing compared to ther hotels we've stayed in Hong Kong.

Lovely boutique hotel with minor flaws

i stayed two nights in this boutique hotel. i'm quite satisfied with this hotel in terms of design, comfort and service level. the downside is the location as i feel that it takes more than 10 mins to walk to langham place but the shuttle bus service makes up for that. also i found dirty stains on the basin table in the bathroom. the shower facilities are great and the bed is really comfy too. overall i will still recommend this hotel for holiday or business stay.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a shop across the street called Da Shi Fu Zhou Ping that sell really nice congee and cheong fun.

Great Hotel service but small room

services are friendly, although the hotel free shuttle bus and not have enough time with less than 15 minutes to walk to mong kok station, the room is small, but service-oriented, we ask that they will tie.the pillow is too soft, let me sleep affected.but i still like the service of this hotel.

this is a lovely hotel with a good location. it's convenience with shuttle bus that leaves the hotel and reach the pick up point punctually. the hotel room is neat and clean. but the basin is really very small other than that i'm very satisfied with everything . and i will definitely stay here again if i visit hongkong again. the staff at the lobby is friendly and helpful. the lift is not that slow as mentioned .

The hotel is located at one of the busiest district. The room was clean and tidy. Upon check-in, staff were friendly and helpful with the luggage. Its a bit of walk to the nearest Train Station but Shuttle van services is provided by the Hotel. There are local food and convenient store across the road

Got a prompt check in when I arrived, room is always kept clean and cool for me. Has amenities like supermarket across the road, many quaint eateries in the housing estate opposite the hotel. Will be back definitely when I visit Hong Kong again

Unexpectedly happy with this hotel in terms of cleanliness, nice interior, great lightings and best of all, friendly services right from the reception to the housekeeping staff. Will definitely stay at this hotel during my next visit to HK.
Shopping Tip:
Good to shop at CityGate - great offers for branded goods and i look forward to shop at this place again.

Great location but small rooms

the room - comfort room is about sq ft. the deco is not bad and quite modern.
the staffs - polite, attentive and helpful as and when needed.
the free shuttle - very efficient and on time.
the restaurant - no comment as we preferred the street food and any local cafe food.

clean and new hotel. staff are really courteous and helpful. hotel provides a very convenient shuttle service to and from mongkok shopping every hour!
however, single beds in the family quad rooms are small for adults and bathroom glass doors are not entirely covered and thus uncomfortable.
Restaurant Tip:
Great food just opposite the hotel.
