Great New Hotel in Mongkok
New and Clean Rooms & Free Shuttle

Stay was very pleasant. Clean rooms, free shuttle to most part of Mongkok, walking distance to MTR Station. Some convinence stores and restos available around the area.
Just wished it had free internet as this is becoming standard in most HK hotels, even hostels now offer free internet.
Will stay Again in this hotel very nice over all experience.

the rooms are pretty small however the rooms are cleans and tidy. the hotel is walking distance to mongkok shopping district and there are a lot of tea cafes and restaurants nearby. also, there is a mrt train station nearby and there is free transport to kowloon area and train station.

Nice looking hotel but small rooms

Was quite impressed by the outlook of the hotel and it was very clean and white looking. Service was very friendly too initially.
Rooms were very small but that's normally the case in HK as there is limited land.
Friendly service was provided throughout the entire stay but was very disappointed on the day of departure.
I left my luggage with the concierge as we had to check out but noon but our flight was only at 9pm. We paid the concierge for a shuttle service to bring us to the airport. When we came back to the hotel to collect our luggages and board the shuttle service, I realised my Samsonite luggage handle was broken. I told the hotel manager but he did not care and insisted that it was already broken when I left it with them (which is obviously not true). He then hurried us to go up the shuttle service or we will be late to arrive at the airport. When we reached the airport, I wanted to wear my leather jacket that I left in the hand-carry luggage that was left at the concierge too, and to my horror, I realised that it was MISSING.

The room has contemporary furnishing and feels new albeit a little small. Service at the reception is excellent (rare case for hotels in Hong Kong!) and the staff are friendly. Although not exactly next to an MTR, the nearest station is still walkable, or you can opt to take the shuttle which stops at Langham Place (Mongkok), TST and the Hong Kong station. Will definitely consider this hotel again for our next stay :)

Very nice place to stay, staff are courteous & accomodating, shuttle services to Langham Place, Canton Road & kowloon terminal every hour is a plus, a 24 hour McDonald establishment in front of the hotel is also nice for an early riser like me, clean & smoke free is also nice though 'm a smoker (a smoking area inside the hotel could be better if available)... I would definitely stay again in Cosmo Hotel Mongkok on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Location was a concern for us.
But, once we got off the free hotel shuttle bus, we immediately felt welcome by the staff who help us with the luggage.
Though, reception staff should learn more from the concierge staff on how to treat customers.
Cannot fault the rooms! Fantastic views too!
Restuarant was a little cramp, staff not as friendly.
Shopping Tip:
Hotel is location just 5/10 mins very the very busy shoppings of Mongkok.
Free shuttle bus will take u to various MTR stations.

enjoyed my 3 nights stay in this hotel. rooms are clean and new. it's a bit compact since we stayed in the comfort type room, smallest of all type. good view and quiet. quite far from main attraction in mongkok.. but they provide shuttle bus. for the price we paid.. no complains.. overall a good stay.
