I was very satisfied staying at this hotel. They were upgrading our room from deluxe to family room with no additional cost. The king size bed is not so big, luckily they upgrade our room so it was convenienced for the three of us. Free shuttle bus helped us going to the famous ladies market. I would like to stay at this hotel again if someday I am travelling to hong kong again.
