comfortable stay
staffs esp the bell boys, convinent to store n simple food, comfortable bed.

we have been staying in cosmo hotel mongkok for many times. we like this hotel is because it it quiet convinent to most of the places. but the best thing which we alway look forward is the bell bell boys. they are always so attentives, friendly n helpful. while the reception female staffs should learn from them as they tends to lack of smile to welcome the guests. room is quiet ok but cleanin standard tends to drop.while pillows are as usual too soft n thin which is v uncomfortable n it caused my husband's neckache for 2 days bec of it. overall is ok

Location is great for night shopping at the night market, and with the free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel, makes transportation easier, Whether to town, ferry terminal or to the airport. Not to mentioned they are always been on time.
They also have friendly staffs to provide you with directions, informations needed.

Very pleasant. it's a bit for from the metro station situated in Mongkok but the hotel offers a free bus service to the MTR.
very satisfied with the service.

nice clean room though a bit small. shuttle bus is nice and convenient though we couldnt get once as it was full in the morning. wifi internet signal is very weak for rooms at the far end, you have to stand next to the door to get some. window blinds leaks, does not block out the day light, no matter how you cover. porridge stall near the hotel is superb. McDonald, 7-11, supermarket all within a stone's throw. at least 10-15min walk to Olympic, never tried walking to Mongkok though.
