to reach places outside the hotel you need to cross a large busy intersection The problem with this place is location - I mean it is ok for the money - nothing majorly wrong with it but the fact that you have to cross over various roads and subways just to get to the nearest shop/bar/restaurant really does make you feel psychologically a bit like you are marooned in the middle of a traffic island...it is not physcically a great distance from times square but it feels like a longer journey because of the whole road crossing thing. oh and the beds were so hard! The receptionist was fine when we reported this the next morning they just put a mattress protector over the mattress and the bed was comfier the next night. usually i can sleep on anything so i wouldnt normally moan about something like that but the hotel staff obviously know their beds are really uncomfortable!

very good location and rooms were sufficient and clean although a little small the reception desk were quite busy ! we very much enjoyed our stay. seems like more of a business hotel, but we enjoyed our stay. very useful to have wifi in the hotel lobby but would have been good to have it in the room at no charge. on the whole, the hotel was good value for money and well located. the staff were friendly and helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go check out the wonderfish spa at The Peak Galleria - intersting and fun experience !
