It is a bit far from MTR, but they have shuttle buses to take you to the most important places in Hong Kong. The rooms are quite big for the standard in Hong Kong and they are clean and neat. Views were wonderful. The breakfast is quite complete and good also. Overall very recommendable.

Shuttle service every hour to Central except at 11am.

shuttle service is only convenient if you catch the ride in time. otherwise, the tram is conveniently across the road. there is also a westbound bus stop 30 metres away on the same side of queen's road east. however, taking public transit elsewhere may involve a short walk including crossing the busy intersection through the pedestian subway, which may be tiring after all the shopping at the end of the day
Shopping Tip:
Hourly shuttle to Times Square if you don't want to take a walk to Causeway Bay.

although a small room but there room services are nice and good. everyday i went in to the room,i saw the bathroom was clean, the bed was neat. the barmaid were nice with their services and they always give the information about custiomer where to go.

Near Causeway Bay Mtr station & Times Square mall,walking distance about 15mins plus.
Bus station is just right in front of hotel, but taking bus & taxi are not convenient for tourist.It's only for locals.
Rooms are quite spacious for 4ppl in HK so far.
It's a pleasant stays for us!

ok hotel but weird location

If you want to get to the subway or even the other side of the road. You either have to wait for the hotel bus or go through a dark underground alley. As a woman, I hated walking through this alley. We could not look out of the window as it was misty glass nor could we open the windows. The shower smelt of damp. Pros - Would be the tranfer service and the clean rooms.

Friendly hotel
Free shuttle bus to main parts of town.

Lovely hotel. Clean and fairly large rooms. Nice Bathroom. Only disappointment was no view even though we were on the 16th floor because the windows were frosted. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get an Octopus card as soon as you arrive in HK. They are so convenient and extensively used not only on transport, but also in shops like Macca's, 7/11 etc. Easy to get to places on local buses if you just ask the travel person in the hotel to tell you which bus stop to go to. We had a fabulous ride on a local bus to Stanley. Much better than doing tours.
