Clean, comfortable and well located hotel
clean rooms, prompt house keeping service, good view if you choose delux rooms, polite and courteous staff, regular free shuttle service to various parts of the city, well informed concierge services

My family had a wonderful stay at the hotel. There are couple of points that one should take note of - many standard rooms face the cemetery. please check before booking. we had to upgrage to a delux room overlooking the race coure. amazing view!!
For Indians looking for Indian cusine food options at the restaurant, you will be disappointed; but then there are a couple of Indian cusine restaurants in the vicinity (15-20 mins away)
The hotel is well located to shops for daily needs (5-10 mins walk) and to tourist places. The free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel is very convenient.
I will definitely recommed this hotel to readers.

The primary downside with this hotel is the price fluctuation within the average week can increase by 100% from a tuesday to thursday.

Not the best location, too far from transport, but hotel has shuttle bus service, clean but not exceptional

Check shuttle bus service, the bus takes you to Time Square and Convention centre regularly and pick up to and from Hotel

The primary downside with this hotel is the price fluctuation within the average week can increase by 100% from a tuesday to thursday.
Cannot tell the difference between standard and superior rooms... does not seem to make a difference if you are looking at price.

I chose to upgrade my room. But the room still very small. Maybe most hotels in HK are with small rooms. The staff is kind. The shuttle bus is helpful.

you can see rust or brown stain on the outside of toilet! the toilet also have a smell to it when you get close! the fire alarm started after i took a hot shower the last two night of my stay, wonder why? the front desk came up and check and said to switch my room next morning, i talked with a lady at the front desk and she said no way they can do that!beisde the smell and the fire alarm, it was not a bad place because it is close to public transportation and they have shuttle bus to main area!you can see the lobby is full of people because they have free wifi at the lobby only!
Travel tip:
bring your own shampoo and shower gel, they only provide a small bottle that is good for 1 person! I never ask them for more! Maybe it is my fault!

great value and good location

very good value for money hotel. clean rooms and though could probably do with an upgrade, at the price they are clean and the hotel is friendly and efficient. its hong kong and you;re only sleeping in the rooms and not spending any time in hotel anyway.

We stayed due to its proximity to the Jockey club. Clean serviceable rooms, friendly staff and a child friendly restaurant. No bar but Cosmo next door has a good one.
Nice location.

Nice hotel

Although it is a very nice hotel with plenty of free transport it is however a bit far to walk anywhere for people that have trouble walking
Shopping Tip:
Times Square is one of the free shuttle busses that go there and a nice place to do shopping - bring plenty of money because nothing is cheap anymore
