Good value for money

We stayed two nights in The Cosmopolitan and thought it was good value for money. It's a little off the beaten track but there is a free courtesy bus every half hour to nearby shopping centres.
Free WiFi in the lobby and WiFi in the rooms at a very reasonable cost,very reliable and fast. The staff were very helpful in advising us the best places to go and the best way to get there.

A very good idea of this hotel: the "toy suite". If you travel with young children, you can find in your room lots of toys, dvds, have a baby cot, and so on. Our children loved it (even if the price was a little bit high)

The Right Hotel For Us

The moment we arrived, and the rest of the staff was so accommodating. They upgraded our room instantly (for free) to double sized beds, and gave our kids welcome snacks and stuff toys which made them very happy. They assisted us on our needs like transportation and directions. We stayed for 2 days, we have 3 kids and we really recommend this hotel to all family. On one night we walked from Times Square Mall to the hotel,and along the way are convenience stores,market,bars and other local shops.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can reach by taxi the PEAK tram (going to the Sky Terrace) and Ocean Park.

Not for light sleepers

if you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you. the air conditioning system is very noisy, and in the middle of night, you can hear noise like machine operation, probably it's the hotel's laundry room.

Nice and clean and good service but small rooms

We stay for 2 nights and we have a pleasant stay. Hotel staff are courteous and hospitable. About 10 mins walk to time square and 10 mins ride to ocean park. Rooms are clean but small. They have free shuttle bus to and from diff point in hongkong. The location is not that close to restaurants and fast food not like other hotels

I really enjoyed food and beverage in this hotel. Moreover, there is a good service with care both front desk and concierge department. But I don't like about decoration of the room.

Lovley hotel great location

Our stay at the hotel was good overall in a really good location this is the secound time i stayed in this hotel i do reccoment upgrading to the better room because its much bigger the cheapest room is just to small defently would stay again. And the hotel restrant is awsome :)

counter staff could have been more polite and friendly. no free wifi in room. tv programme is limited and if available are mostly (if not all) old movies. channels are mostly other countries programme and have only about 2 hong kong programme.
lobby is crowded all the time because guests will hang around to connect to free wifi.

good hotel without subway nearby

we spend our weekend in hk, and we decided to stay at cosmopolitan hotel. the room we booked does not have a good view as it described on the webpage. we had to pay extra to get the view, which we later think is not very much needed. however, the hotel service was good, front desk staff was good.
Nightlife Tip:
no subway nearby, we had to take the hotel bus to the hotel. It was not very convenient considering there's a timetable.
