handy position but quite small room
very handy position with about 15mins walk to the causebay mtr, also the shuttle bus is convenient to the major transportation hubs.

apprently the special rate for agoda i booked is for the tomb-facing rooms where you can not opens the windows and the glass is not transparent at all. quite small room. but the position is quite hany.

Value for money hotel

we had terrific time at this hotel. the room is small, but yet very clean. staffs provided great help. they also offer free wifi at the lobby, as well as free shuttle bus to mrt station.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Please check the shuttle bus schedule carefully. Else, you might need to wait next hour for the next one.

Good located hotel with many guests

Enjoyable stay in this hotel. I did not realize that I made the booking without the breakfast, so we took the breakfast with additional charge, but....only one time..the extra charge was not value for money.
The hotel gym is OK, the restaurant (so not only for the breakfast) was not so good. The bar facility was only in the lobby which was always overdrowded due to the change of guests and especially due to the fact that this was the only place for FOC Internet. In the room was the Internet chargable which was a dissapointment! If this should be improved, more happy guests will stay there.
We experienced very noisy guests (Chinese party students). In the middle of the night shouting in the hall way was not a good experience. Since I could not find out from which room the noise came, I could not call security. There is no security checking on their own initiative during the night.

Lovely hotel with great service

great staff, beautiful rooms, well kept. the staff were very attentive to what we needed, we had a great location and were well-cared for. the rooms were beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better stay in hong kong.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Central Station has many attractions!

fairly central location, decent service

room was small even though we booked a triple deluxe room. an extra bed had to be put in, hence limiting space to walk around. room was not modern, but comfortable. overlooked the racecourse, which was nice. 10 min walk to times square

Great hotel, comfy and neat with the view

The staff are very accommodating. Especially the maids. they are very warm and attentive.
Restaurant Tip:
there's a restaurant/pub close to the hotel. along queen's road. it's very cozy and the food is great!

i like cosmopolitan hotel in spite of its far distance from the tourists attraction. the service is great. when i asked to change a room because of loud noise, they provided us with a new room in no time.there is also free shuttle to the mtr station. the room is also nice. clean and has good hotel features.

front desk people were good, but bathtub should be there, should have free internet in the room, etc.

Very nice and clean hotel

It's clean, nice, quiet and pretty convenient. Food is good, price is very reasonable. Close to a cemetery. If you don't mind that, it's a very good place to stay.
