Had a great stay with my wife and 3 adult sons.
Great buffet breakfast, clean and comfortable room, and frequent shuttle trips to and from shopping center.

Enjoyed a two night stay with teenage children (total of 4 in room). The hotel was a good option for a stopover and offered easy access to Central. The cost of the room was reasonable and there were plenty of good walks from the hotel towards the peak tram. Breakfasts were good and were included in the room rate. Overall, I would stay there again!

although a small room but there room services are nice and good. everyday i went in to the room,i saw the bathroom was clean, the bed was neat. the barmaid were nice with their services and they always give the information about custiomer where to go.

Breakfast is good, cleanliness are great! Services at reception are helpful

Near Causeway Bay Mtr station & Times Square mall,walking distance about 15mins plus.
Bus station is just right in front of hotel, but taking bus & taxi are not convenient for tourist.It's only for locals.
Rooms are quite spacious for 4ppl in HK so far.
It's a pleasant stays for us!

lobby is overcrowded due to guest accessing the free wifi.it would be extremely good if the rooms be provided with free wifi.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
good to buy and use the octopus card - very convenient when using the public transport.

The hotel is next or close to the cemetery but it's not scary at all! The service was great and the food was wonderful! Having a daily buffet breakfast at the hotel is wonderful plus the free shuttle service to Times Square is a good deal
