Good price for the overpriced Hong Kong

Very courteous and friendly staff. Very good experience at the reception. Arrived a couple of hours earlier than the check in time and still got a room. The view on the 18th floor was not that great. A city view means you will have equally tall buildings outside your window! But overall a good place to stay. If there is any disadvantage, it is not near the train system. You have to take a cab everywhere and on weekday mornings it used to be a good 15 minute wait.

we just lived for three days, and room service is good when we tried to require plug translator, there are some mistakes when we called room service about check out delay by phone, they told us it is fine，but we still received request from desktop about check out at 12:00, and they told us they didn't receive any info about delay.
any other service is good for us!
breakfast in administrator lounge isn't good.

The check-in was a breeze with the assistance of the helpful staff there. Once settle-in, amenities and ample nice restaurants are just round the corner making the stay at the hotel pretty convenient. Overall, it is a nice boutique hotel located at a strategic location and at the right price point for leisure and business travellers.

The room was nice corner room on the thirtieth floor. Bed was supremely comfortable and spotless white bedding with plenty of pillows. Electric blinds have two blinds one you can se through and the other completely opaque. Shower was good, easily controlled. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice and not too busy. Dinner service was good, I used the buffet which was serving Korean specialties together with other international food. Easy access ride from the airport on a number 10 or number 12 bus. Fare was at night and return trip from the same stop right in front of the hotel just HK. Takes about 40 minutes. Bus station at the airport is well signed and easy to find the right bus. Unless you have luggage and companions the bus wins hands down over a taxi ride (about 300HK$+) Moving signage inside the bus shows what the next stop will be, stop number 5 seems to be the Hotel stop. Bus has space for luggage. Sit where you can see the sign. Hotel location is not Central but has easy access to most areas, taxi to Star Ferry Central and then Ferry to Wanchai or Tsim Sha Sui. Overall a good experience. My business was in Central so fairly easy access by short taxi ride.

There is not convenient for shopping. If you want to go shopping in Causeway Bay or Tsim Sha Tsui, you need to take the mtr or taxi. The customer is near the hotel otherwise no next visit for this hotel
