i stayed at this hotel for 4 days with my children aged 5 and 3. this hotel has very large rooms with excellent facilities. extremely clean and tidy, and also had a huge bed was very comfortable. almost everything we need is available. close to mtr, and the nearby mall that allows us to search for food and bread were delicious. the hotel staff is also very friendly. the kids were very happy to stay at this hotel
Restaurant Tip:
at the mall there was a Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor providing noodles and dim sum dishes were very tasty

Great value for money but out of the way

had a short stay - 2 nights at this hotel. getting there was a bit of a challenge, as not being a local, i had some slight difficulties figuring out which station and which line to change to on the mtr. the station to go to is actually tseung kwan o, not kownloon tong (which i assumed was the station judging from the hotel's name...)
good points though, are that once you get there, the area is actually quite nice. nice big rooms. full amenities (though the pool is only open in summer since it's outdoors). plus it's right next door to the popcorn mall with all the normal fastfood outlets, a cinema and my favorite comfort food joint toast box, lol.
Restaurant Tip:
just hop on the mtr two stops - po lam. and you can get a pretty decent meal at tsui wah. they open till late 1am, but they start closing up around 12.30am and the waiters will start giving you a dirty look.

i love everything about this hotel. the only thing that let me down for a 5 star hotel is that the heating are not working. as calling to operator was told the temperature is not very cold in hongkong so the heating system are not activated . come on ( so do you mean that you will let your guest frze to died ).

Just spent 2 wonderful night at this fabulous hotel. The location is a little out of the way, but with the MTR station is just next door we were able to travel to anywhere with ease.
I was able to check in very early instead of the normal 2.00pm check-in.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, the best that I have encountered from my many trip to Hong Kong.
